Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cartridge leaked and ruined my wood floors The cartridge in the faucet broke and started leaking. The plumber came and said the cartridge was a different design than the standard one that they keep on their truck. We had to wait multiple day to order the new cartridge in. A few months later, it starts leaking again but this time in the night. It ruined our hard wood floors in our kitchen. Delta agreed to send us a new faucet with the original design cartridge which helps but we will need to replace our wood floors now thanks to this faucet!!! Do not order this!!

This faucet is just what we needed, what an upgrade from the old "M" we had. Fits great on a 1985 double stain less steel sink. (Sorry no pic's don't want to clean up the window area). Install was very smooth, the hard part was removing the old one and cleaning the rust and grim, (I'm bald so I did scrap my head and broke a nail (but a little blood & scraps) makes for a good JOB). I purchased restored but it was like NEW and 1/3 the price of a new one and great warranty. yes, the hoses are long (to cover different installs) but looping them is not so bad (use a hair dryer (or heat gun, carefully) to warm them and they loop easily). bottom line, my wife loves it and we all know, Happy wife is a good life. Rated 3 out of 5 by from Hate the supply lines I just installed the faucet and found the very stiff and way too long supply lines very difficult to work with. I was finally able to bend them into a loop and connect to the valves, however I feel like there is way too much tension being put on the valves and CPVC supply pipes. I would really like to have the option to cut the supplies to the correct length and use the brass compression fittings that came with the valves.
