Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Features Delighted with this sensor faucet. Instructions warned sensor might not work with granite countertop. I set it for the most sensitive and have no issue with that function. I love that the light shows how warm or cool thecwater is before you put your hands under it to test.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Aren't taps supposed to deliver water? I've had this faucet for a few months now. It's a quality piece of equipment and the touch feature is great when your hands are a mess. Normally I'd take off one star when there's just one thing I find annoying but when it's the main function, I'm taking off three stars! A tap is supposed to deliver water and I get that we all want to conserve water, but the flow restriction on this is a joke. I find myself headed to the laundry room or even the bathtub with my pasta pot. Even filling a 1 litre kettle takes forever. I'm not using any less water with this tap. I'm just standing around using more time.

It is very difficult to quickly read through the comments on your faucets because you (Delta) write a 100-word response for every 10-word comment that does not require a response. Yes, I'm sure you will write a cut-and-paste response to this comment asking for no response.

A 9659T-AR-DST has started dripping when left in the ON position but having been &quot;touched&quot; OFF. With the handle shut off the water it does not drip. What maintenance or part is likely to be the solution to stop drip while the handle is ON but touched off?

Hi. We purchased a manual Trinsic a few years ago. The nozzle/head unit containing the spray head/button has fallen apart. The plastic screen just disintegrated and the spray is not flowing properly. Please let me know how to obtain a replacement.&nbsp;

The pull down nozzle does not easily retract after use. The weight ring on the faucet hose does not seem sufficient or substantial enough to retract the hose easily. Any suggestions?
