RESEÑAS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heavy Duty Quality Faucet! This faucet is quality made! I can’t wait to install it. Everything I have purchased from this company is noticeably excellent and high quality!
Date published: 2025-03-14
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Overengineered. The solenoid ("brain") failed and had to be replaced within the first 3 months after installation. Delta sent a new solenoid which seemed to work fine. However, two years later, it is again malfunctioning. If you turn on the faucet, it randomly turns itself off without being touched. It is very annoying and I'd just as soon have a traditional faucet that works with the handle for on & off. No more of the touch on & off. The six batteries need to be replaced about every four months; expensive and also very annoying. The spray feature works very well.
Date published: 2025-01-12
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Delta touch It looks pretty. Its lighter than I would of expected for the price. Touch function works great. The sprayer hose has to be feed back into faucet. No retraction. Delta has been working with me to resolve. Have been responsive and helpful.
Date published: 2025-01-04
Rated 5 out of 5 by from One Way to Improve a Beautiful Faucet. The faucet is beautiful. I would have appreciated better, easier-to-follow directions for the on/off feature. I'm still working on the temperature feature.
Date published: 2024-12-19
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hot and cold labels not consistent I have both this faucet and the Trinsic single-handle bathroom vanity faucet. The cold and hot label are in the opposite direction. For one faucet, when you pull towards the wall, it is hot; in the other, it is cold. It is dangerous for young children, and annoying for us and guests as it is not consistent. Is there any way this can be fixed?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Touch Technology Isn’t There Yet This thing turns on and off randomly, the touch works and doesn’t work, the batteries die after 1-2 months and then no water passes at all (so definitely have many spares on hand)… it does look nice though.
Date published: 2024-10-23
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great!! But handle needs a cover. Installed this a few years ago: Love it! However the handle needs a cover so it doesn’t activate the on/off switch for water supply when trying regulate the volume/temp. Frustrating but manageable. Hopefully Delta has a handle cover (can’t find one).

The Faucet stops working sometimes, with touch or manually. We have to wait several minutes and then it starts operating manually, and then with touch. Changed the batteries but it did not seem to help.

Solenoid help. When the touch faucet is off (we have touched it to turn off), while the handle is on, the faucet drips. When we turn it off by the handle, it doesn't drip from the faucet. What's wrong with the valve in the solenoid? (The filter is clean.)

Asked by: barb

I have a Delta Leland 9159T-DST faucet that was working well but now I get no hot water. All other faucets have hot water. What can I check?

Asked by: Denny faucet
Hi Denny, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9159T-DST Trinsic® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome. I apologize for not having hot water. I know that can be frustrating. We are happy to help! The issue is likely caused by water debris in the hot water supply or faucet. To flush the faucet, turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge, and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. If the issue remains, I recommend replacing the cartridge assembly. See the part diagram for the part number for your date of manufacture. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-9159T-DST%20Rev%20F.pdf Please reach out if you have any questions or need additional assistance. My 9159T faucet is leaking when the handle is in the on position in between touches. It stops when I manually turn off. Can you tell me what parts I need to repair it? Is the DELTA Valve MODEL#: RP60114 all I need or are there other parts I need?

Asked by: FBJJ
Hi FBJJ, Thank you for your review of the Delta Faucet TRINSIC® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet MODEL#: 9159T-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are always happy to assist you. Quality is very important to us and our products undergo rigorous testing to ensure high-quality performance.   It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue. To flush the solenoid: Keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us directly if you have any further questions.    Best Regards,   Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

I have this faucet in kitchen for about a year and a half now. Changed batteries earlier this month worked fine for few weeks now there is very little water come out when fully turned on. Like low water pressure, but everything in house works fine.

Asked by: Redtbird
Hello Redtbird, Thank you for your question! I am sorry that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta Faucet Trinsic Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology In Champagne Bronze MODEL# 9159T-CZ-DST and would be more than happy to help! Reduced flow is typically caused by debris, which can get caught in a few different areas of the faucet. Please try the following steps, so we can better assist you: 1) First, please unscrew the wand from the hose and turn the faucet on for 4 minutes to flush the lines and see if you get good flow out of the end of the hose. Please check for debris in the wand and re-attach it. Be careful not to let go of the hose with the wand removed, or it may retract into the faucet. 2) Next, turn the handle to the off position, place a bucket under the sink, disconnect the solenoid assembly from the gray PEX tube and check for debris in the screen at the top of the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid assembly is gray, the screen cannot be removed. If it is black, you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to take the screen out and clean it. 3) Finally, reattach everything and test the flow rate from the wand again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us directly. You can reach our customer service team at 1-800-345-3358, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday 8 am to 5 pm CST. Our Trinsic® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Champagne Bronze MODEL#: 9159T-CZ-DST LED base is used to show the temperature of the water while in use, It also allows for the faucet to be isolated from the top of the sink or counter. Removal of the LED base could cause inconsistent operation of your touch faucet. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to serve you. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

Our faucet just stopped working. Can't turn water on with the touch or with the handle. We know the water works so it is a faucet issue. For a few days it would work sporadically but now not at all. How do I know what needs to be replaced?
