Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT BUY Stopped working after 8 months. Customer service will send parts but will not cover labor to reinstall. I told him I would understand that if it were five years down the line. But less than a year old, and already malfunctioning, they needed to cover labor. I can’t see myself reinstalling parts every year. they told me to refer to YouTube and do it myself. Can you believe that?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Faucet With Character! This is a beautiful and functional prep faucet for a busy kitchen. The touch technology is super convenient because it helps keep the finish spot-free longer. No more constant touching and leaving water drips. Since our water comes from well, there used to be a constant spot-cleaning, not as much anymore. The elongated high arch helps a lot when I need to wash tall pots. I also like to wash different refrigerator drawers often, and those are huge to fit under a standard faucet, but they fit very nice under this one. Overall, we are pleased with the many ergonomic features and the technology in this faucet.

The touch feature is awesome and helps keep the kitchen cleaner and sanitary. No more dirty hands turning the handle on or off. I simply tap the faucet with my elbow. The pull down nozzle has a nice extension but the best feature is the water temperature sensor which changes color. I absolutely love everything about this.

When it’s -10 degrees and we need to leave a drip do we just remove the batteries so it will be manually work

Hi Gina, thank you for your interest in the 9991T-PR-DST! The easiest way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise to make them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method. Where can I find cabinet hardware that matches the champagne bronze (9191T-CZ-PR-DST) finish? I’ve found finishes that claim to match but are rosier and many that trend to the gold. No exact matches.  Any suggestions are appreciated.

Do you have to use a battery pack or can the Monrovia be hard wired into the kitchen electrical?

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology In Lumicoat Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 9191T-AR-PR-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Smart Touch Faucets would require batteries to power the faucet However since you do not want to use batteries we recommend an A/C power supply. By adding the VoiceIQ Module, the A/C power supply is included and would allow for power to the faucet without batteries. We do recommend keeping a set of batteries in the box, this is in case of a power outage in the home. The batteries act as a backup power source. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. If you have activated the spray mode and turn the faucet off does it go back to flow the next time or does it stay on spray?

Does this faucet have a water flow restrictor? If so where is it?
