Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! The mechanism which switches between stream and spray is designed to fail. What makes it worse, my plumber installed it. Now I have to pay for a new faucet and incur a 2nd installation fee. This ain't rocket science, Delta. Or maybe it is.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Old broken faucet was better than this crappy one. Such low water flow it is almost useless. Faster to go to bathroom to get a glass of water much less fill a tea pitcher. Need repair parts now and this stupid website does not list any part numbers so i can buy correct part. Time to shop a different brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought this faucet two years ago, for those two years i have probably used the spray function no more than 15 times because I just don’t like the water droplets going everywhere. Today i turned on the water and water started pouring out of the rubber press button pouring all over my countertop. I am extremely upset because this faucet cost a lot of money and should brake after only two years of gentle use. My husband did his best to wrap it so we will not have to go wash dishes in the restroom. I have written an email to customer service since it still in manufacturing warranty and i hope they will respond in a timely manner sending a head replacement .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mesh hose kinked reducing water pressure Mesh hose has a kink in the line under the mesh causing poor water pressure. Hoping this is an easy fix but seems others have similar issues. Maybe best to avoid this model.

The back part constantly leaks all behind my sink all these black particles fall off from the ball of the hose area, worst faucet ever. should be discontinued.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible design I was so excited when I found this website. I'd been wanting a faucet like this for a long time. I bought a reconditioned unit last month off here and my son was just able to swap my faucets out last weekend. First, this design is horrible. The aerator for the faucet falls off continuously no way to screw it on, it's supposed to snap in but won't stay put. The push button on top of the spout that you use to change the water flow doesn't work and when you try to switch it to spray, it sprayed every place. I called the customer service# on the website. The lady tells me she can send a new wand and aerator. I asked to swap it for a different design she says can't help with that but she'd email me instructions. Instructions for.....? Still no email from customer care. Very disappointed

( normally buy Moen) Have had to clean particles from screen filter repeatedly and now the rubber button to change from spray to full stream will not switch back, regret choosing this model that has been so problem prone so early in its life. How to find the replacement for wand handle ?

Model # B4310LF Two (2) Questions====

1) What does the letter "B" in model Number stand for? 2) I have a three (3) hole sink. Any reason why I could not install this model using the 1-hole method? Wouldn't the 8-inch escutcheon plate cover the water faucet holes spaced 4-inch apart?

Hi GT, Thank you for your questions. Delta Faucet model # B4310LF is our Core Basic entry level faucet. The model number for the Chrome Finish is B4310LF. Regarding your last question, the escutcheon plate can only be used with an 8" spread on the holes. It will not work if your holes are only 4" apart. Thanks. Jody

Which line is for the hot water? The long or the short hose?
