Rated 1 out of 5 by from Replace Yet Again! We have relplace the soap dispenser twice since November 2020 remodel of our kitchen. The first time it work for a couple of weeks and then only air came out no soap. Replaced it with the same model and work for 3 months not the pump will not go up and down. We have replaced to with the brand that we had had for 10+ years with no problems at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks wonderful, but leaks tremendously Upon receiving the RP91950 Lenta soap/lotion dispenser in chrome we opened the box and were very impressed. The chrome was utterly flawless. The spigot possessed a heft that gave a feeling of quality and durability. It was not until actual installation did we suspect there to be an issue. Sadly the spigot does not screw, snap or lock into position upon the pump tube. It just sits upon the top of the tube balanced in place. When depressed to dispense, the product contained within the bottle is dispensed, but after few uses it also seeps from around the tube insertion point. This leakage then disperses all round the base of the spigot creating a pool of soap upon the counter. Very highly disappointing.

I bought this for my kitchen renovation to go with the Delta Arctic Stainless Pivotal touch and though it was very expensive for a soap dispenser i loved the look however the top dose not sit snugged onto the unit. The top of the dispenser swings and hits the backsplash every time its touched to pump the soap. My less expensive unit worked better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not easy to operate Had this installed in our new kitchen and it spins and hits the back of the sink wall. You can not pump the soap out of it without it spinning around. So far no solution from Delta.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Attention to Design Detail Lacking Just had this installed a couple of weeks ago. Looks amazing but..... For this price point, I expect to have a 13-ounce bottle that is not rounded on the bottom. Really? If you want the bottle to be able to be removed from time-to-time for a deep cleaning, don't expect to ever be able to fill it while it sits on your countertop. When they say "top fill", they really mean, "the only way you can reasonably fill it, is when it is installed and through the top only". Would that have been too difficult to design the mold with a flat bottom. The other really annoying feature is the spinning of the spout. Have fun cleaning all the soap that never made it to the sink edge. Hey, but it looks great!

Do soap dispensers take reg liquid soap or foaming soap?

Hi Lolli, Thank you for your question. The Delta RP91950 soap dispenser can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Best regards, Brandis

Is the handle metal or plastic?

What is the RP91950 soap dispenser made of (the nozzle and square base)? I am purchasing the chrome model of the Pivotal kitchen faucet, I hope the soap dispenser is made of meta/chrome as well, and not plastic like to many others.

We use a proprietary mix of both metallic and non-metallic parts in areas where corrosion can be avoided in order to provide the longest lasting, highest quality product possible while still keeping affordability and ease of maintenance and installation in mind. I notice the soap container holds 13 oz of soap. Is it possible to use a smaller container?? I’m concerned it may be too long to fit into my vanity cabin.

Why doesn't the RP91950 Soap / Lotion Dispenser, that is listed under Pivotal Accessories, come in the Stainless finished that the Pivotal collection comes in. Artic Stainless is not a Pivotal finish choice and to my understanding has a different hue.

Can I dispense soap directly from a large container under the sink, instead of having to refill? I'm imagining replacing a bulk bottle very occasionally, rather than using a funnel to refill from a big bottle.
