It only took him 20 minutes to install, it was super easy and the directions were easy to follow. It makes my whole shower look great and upgraded. It matches my bathroom really well. The prices are made of great quality materials. This a great product in my opinion!

How do you stop water from coming out of the tub spout, therefore the water can come out of the shower head? I can't find any video or description about it? Also do you sell this style without the Rough In valve included?

Hi Tony, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 144832. The issue seems to be shower rise based on your description of the flow from the tub/shower, you are experiencing an issue known as shower rise. This is an installation issue, which has several possible causes. Please make sure that: 1. The valve body is right-side up. 2. The pipe for the tub spout drop is only 1/2" copper or iron pipe. 3. The tub spout is 8” - 18" from the valve body. 4. No drop-ear elbows or push-to-connect fittings are used. Only one 90 standard degrees copper or iron elbow should be used. 5. There is no blockage in the pipe (such as excess solder) or tub spout. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358. Shower control stops mid way.  Water only like warm.

How long to cut copper for tub spout in using sparrow line

Does this shower faucet allow the water pressure to be independent of the water temperature. Can you have the water volume low at the same time you have the water temp high.

Can I buy the part that goes around the handle that has the hot and cold part with the  red and blue diets on the opposed sides ? The guy installing mine hooked it up wrong and the only way to fix it is switch the plate.

Hi Rusty, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144832-BL. Unfortunately, the escutcheon plate is not available with the hot and cold indicators reversed. For a reverse installation, flip the valve cartridge so the "hot side" of the cartridge is on the right. Do you offer a cover plate in matching Spotshield Brushed Nickel to convert a 3 hole to 1 hole shower valve?

Hi Tony, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We have a renovation cover plate that is available in our Stainless Steel, Venetian Bronze, Matte Black, Chrome and Champagne Bronze finishes. We do not have a renovation cover plate available in our Brushed Nickel. Stainless Steel is close to our Brushed Nickel finish, however, there is a difference.
