My plumber installed a delta Pierce shower faucet. Does the shower handle trim plate need to be caulked as he did not caulk it.

I do apologize that this information wasn't readily available but I am happy to help. While we do not recommend using caulk on the trim plate, you may use a small bead of silicone if you'd like. How does the tub drain plugged with this unit

I am trying not to take any walls down to redo plumbing. I replace my delta faucet with a new delta pierce faucet. There is currently a 316 gap between my tile wall and the spigot end. Do you have a brushed nickle cover plate for the tub/shower diffuser

How do I make the water hotter

Hello Coke, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 144899 PIERCE™ Monitor® 14 Series Tub and Shower. I apologize for any difficulty finding this information. We are happy to help! The water temperature is adjusted by turning the handle counterclockwise from the 3 o'clock off position to the 10 o'clock full hot position. If the maximum temperature is not hot enough, the rotational limit stop may need to be adjusted on the valve cartridge. Can I buy a replacement tub spout diverter (listed in the Parts List as RP101483) for model #144899? My plumber ruined the finish while installing it. The link from the parts page is broken.

How do you adjust the volume of water with this system? i.e., if I just want a trickle of water into my tub how do I do that? Right now I can see a way to adjust the mix of hot and cold but not the volume of water. There just seems to be an Off and On.
