Do the handles have red and blue on them? An you get them without the red and blue?

The faucet includes gray and black indicator rings for the handles. The gray rings or the black rings can be used to replace the installed red and blue indicator rings.

Can I use this trim with the R4707 rough in kit and be able to mount a above head shower?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model T2735-BL.
No, this tub filler trim is not designed to divert water with the lift rod. I recommend the tub filler trim model T4735-BL. The included hand shower could be mounted above the tub filler or replaced with a shower arm and shower head.
