There’s a black plastic piece that delta claims should fit inside the faucet but does not and can not physically fit inside . It shows on all of them when installed. It does not show this in any of the photos online and it makes the faucet looks cheap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handle started to chip I bought this about 10 months ago for our bathroom renovation. The contractor suggested to buy Delta products. So we bought everything Delta. The product line is beautiful. But I noticed today that the handle is chipping on its base and the paint is coming off. I thought this would be an easy fix to call Delta. But they gave me such a hard time and I comply with everything, sending photos, sending invoice. But I was denied because it was bought on Ebay. They say they never sell on Ebay, but it is untrue they have some products sold on Ebay. I don't get why a $400 faucet would chip like that, and how a company like Delta wouldn't stand behind their products by using some exceptions in their "lifetime" limited warranty. It was brand new, unopened box when I purchased this. I had in the past done a warranty claim from another company for our kitchen faucet, and within 5 minutes without any photo they sent a new part. Delta quality is no longer viable, terrible customer service.

It does show water spots easily so I would not recommend for a full bath that gets used frequently (teeth brushing, etc.). It blends great with other brushed gold finishes which is why I chose the Champagne Bronze finish from Delta. If you're looking to update other mirrors/fixtures with spray paint, highly recommend Satin Bronze Metallic paint from Rustoleum.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poly Supply Line - Source of water Damage The fit, feel and finish of the product was great...but after 6months of being installed, the hot water supply line came loose from the shut off valve and caused major water damage in my house. I had just had a master suite addition completed by a builder and the work was done by a licensed plumber...Said they normally use nice metal braided line but had to use a compression fitting due to the design of the faucet. So disappointed. I am sure it will take many months of construction to be whole again all because of a cheap poly supply line. I thought this was supposed to be a premium product...

I do not need the pop up stopper, is there a similar model without?

Hi Arshille, Thank you for your question. The model 3559-RBMPU-DST is not available to order less the drain assembly. We do offer widespread lavatory faucet models in our commercial line of faucets without drain assemblies but only in the chrome finish. Thanks, Dave

Do the matte black faucets have to have the red and blue dots on them or are those optional? Many of them completely ruin the design.

I don't have the 2.5 inches clearance to backsplach. More like 1.5 inches. Is there another plug I can substitute (chrome) that does not require a drain pull lever? Or does Delta make widespread faucets requiring less clearance?

We are having an issue getting the handles to sit flush on the base.  It seems like they won’t push down completely leaving a visible gap btw the bottom of the handle & base. We received a replacement set of handles, but has same result. Help!

Does the handle have 2-finishes?

It appears from the pictures that there are 2 finishes - almost a matte finish around the temperature dot -- or is it solid polished chrome?

Can the Trinsic wide spread faucet be placed in a 4" spread pre-drilled holes on granite counter and function normally? Our granite is cut for the centerset type faucet and I want to have this collection in my home but not sure if they will work properly

Wanting to replace older Delta tub faucet from 2003 with this Trinsic faucet to match other bathroom hardware upgrades. Will this just fit in place?

Hi, Indu! Thank you for your question. This Delta 3559-MPU-DST will not work as a roman tub unit as this is a lavatory sink faucet. The flow rate for this unit is 1.20 gpm @ 60 psi.
