RESEÑAS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice new faucet for my bathroom I love the detail on this faucet. It goes perfect in my half bath and really adds character. It was very easy to install as well and did not take long. It's is sturdy and well made and is nice and shiny.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the finish! I received this Delta faucet a couple of weeks ago. This Delta 35713LF-ECO faucet matches the other fixtures in my bathroom perfectly. The retro appearance gives an updated look to my previously boring bathroom.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Plumbers choice! A retired master plumber once told me the best faucets out there are made by Delta. Well made and easy to install. He was right, my Delta Silverton lavatory faucet is just that! I really like the look of not having the base that comes with most faucets. This is high quality and looks great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very elegant addition to the guest bath I installed the Delta bathroom sink faucet last week and I have to say that it was a nice, elegant addition to the guest bathroom. We still had our faucet from the original builder and it looked cheap and old. I was concerned about my ability to be able to change the faucet on my own, but this product included very detailed directions with photos, that made my job much easier. The parts were compatible with my sink and the job didn't take me too long. Now, I just need to buy 4 more sets to replace the full bathroom faucets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great style I bought these on a few weeks ago ,we installed last weekend ,I love the look of them and the spicket being raised is a different style for me I love it . The water seems to flow nicer , with no splash .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from stylish and looks nice in my bathroom The Delta faucet fixture is very simple in design. The fixtures are easy to clean off unlike my old fixture,so that's a plus. My contractor installed it for me and he said it was good and works like a charm.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DELTA SILVERTON FAUCET MY HUSBAND INSTALLED THIS DELTA BATHROOM FAUCET. IT WAS VERY EASY TOO INSTALL. IT TOOK US ABOUT 30 MINUTES. IT GOES GREAT WITH ANY DECORE. THE HANDLES ARE EASY TOO TURN. THE STOPPER WORKS GREAT ON IT. THE WIDESPREAD HANDLES MAKE IT VERY EASY TOO CLEAN.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty Handles We've owned this faucet (two of them) for almost three years now. The faucet handles come off regularly. They were installed by a professional and we've even hired another professional to come a fix them without any luck. Seems to be a design flaw.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty handles My faucet set was installed by a professional plumber. Within days the handle lifted off on one side. I got the special wrench from the manufacturer's box and tightened the screw. It seems to happen weekly. I will buy another brand when I get tired of fixing this!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don’t buy this faucet! - Handles Don’t just take my word for it. Read the other reviews about this faucet. There is clearly a manufacturing issues with these handles. The hole for the set screw is too high on the handle and doesn’t make good contact with the underlying hardware. Talked to Delta customer service who provided no solutions - other that instillation instructions.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst faucet ever made. This faucet design specifically the handles is absolutely the worst faucet ever engineered and produced. Delta usually a good product should be ashamed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It looks nice I bought it a week a go and I installed it myself and I have the same problem everyone has with the handles , have to tighten it almost everyday

Rated 2 out of 5 by from great look I bought 2 of these for 2 of our bathrooms in 2016 I wish I never bought them!!! The set screw on the hot & cold handles never stays tight so you have to almost daily tighten them which is crazy

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks very nice, but the handle keeps falling off I bought two of these widemount Silverton faucets from Home Depot for my master bath. It’s only been a month and one of the handles has fallen off. I’m very surprised and extremely disappointed in the quality of these faucets.
Date published: 2018-06-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by from faucet handles are awful Besides the installation instructions being vague. The hot faucet does not stay on. My husband and I are constantly adjusting with an Allen wrench and the handle will not stay in place.
Date published: 2018-02-12
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This faucet looks beautiful. I love the look of this faucet. It looks more expensive than it is. The only complaint from the installer was that the instructions were not very good.
Date published: 2017-08-15
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Written instructions very poor, handles not labelled Bought this to install myself at HomeDepot. The written instructions are very poor, almost incomprehensible. The handles were not labelled H and C as indicated in the instructions. Therefore one must figure out which handle goes on which side or you will end up needing to turn lever away from sink to turn on, but its possible to figure this out by attaching handle and turning 90 degrees to on, and figure out which side it is. Had no problems with the handles, apparently the handles set deeply enough in order for the set screws to bite. I like the hook up set up, the long brass tubing to the water hook ups makes for easy access and tightening. The click-on connections from handle to spigot are nice and quick; they don't tell you how to DISCONNECT them; press IN on tabs to disconnect.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Stylish and affordable Unfortunately this stylish and affordable faucet has a major flaw: the handles do not stay on. I keep an Allen wrench in the top draw to constantly tighten the handles before they pop off with use.
Date published: 2017-05-14
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Handles were impossible for us to install. Product design needs a redesign! We loved the look of these faucets. Bought two sets for our double vanity from a Home Depot. If I could have seen the bad reviews while at Hone Depot, I never would have purchased. After three days of trying to get the faucet handles installed correctly and securely..and failing...we took both sets back to Home Depot and returned them for two Moen sets. It took my husband two and 1/2 hour to install both Moen sets! The bad reviews on this Delta faucets all revolved around the terrible faucet installation design. Have to give bad ratings based on our experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Set screw on handles not We're having the same problems that other cutomers are having with the set screw on the handles, and have come to the conclusion that this was a waste of time purchasing and trying to install. Returning it now and buying a NON-Delta product. BTW- if there is an easy solution, why not post it with the other replies or in your FAQ?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Faucet looks Great! The problem I am having is the faucets turn 360 degrees, there is no stop for the water shutoff. The faucets cannot be tightened. Whenever I try to tighten the set screw the faucet raises up.
Date published: 2016-11-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from good value the only problem one family finds the water pressure too low.
Date published: 2016-10-28
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Looks great Instruction sheet section 1B - the handle assembly won't will not go down far enough for the set screw to hold the handle assembly in place on the end valves. Too much plastic pieces for such an expensive faucet set.
Date published: 2016-10-09
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice Design Very pleased with the looks and function of the faucet. Disappointed that there are any plastic parts considering the price. All parts should be made of stainless/chrome at this price point.
Date published: 2016-07-16
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks good and performs well. Install OK with assist. The product was a good value, on sale at Home Depot. Had some trouble with the left-hand/right-hand handles as there are no marks on them to indicate left or right. After hooking up incorrectly, a phone call to the help line advised me how to disconnect the snap-on hoses so the faucet handles could be removed and reassembled on the correct sides of the faucet.

how do i remove the filter screen on a silverton faucet

Asked by: jim
You should be able to purchase a faucet aerator wrench. See attached Home Depot picture. This or something similar should come with the facet set.

installing handles -- 35713lf

No matter what I do the handle set screw will not secure handles on faucet. They keep coming loose. What's up with this? Having just read reviews this is common problem and there must be fix. Also why is there a 360 degree turn and water flows in two positions and must take care to ensure turned off faucet correctly.
Asked by: steve
Hi Steve, Thank you for contact us. Based on your description of the issue, the handles aren't going down far enough on the stem for the set screws to tighten against them. This can be corrected by loosening the mounting nut, then threading the handle base down further before attaching the handle. Once the handle is all the way down, it will turn 90 degrees from off to the fully open position. Best regards, Jon

What style tub faucet (roman tub) would you recommend paring with the sink faucet?

Asked by: Sdefil
Hello Sdefil, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Silverton Lavatory 35713LF-ECO doesn't have a matching roman tub faucet at this time. However, the closest matching model would be the Cassidy T2795-LHP--H697. https://www.deltafaucet.com/bathroom/product/T2795-LHP--H697--R2707 Best regards, Tanya

how do you take out the screen filter on the end of the faucet

Asked by: Gator
Thank you for your question, Gator! The aerator of the Delta Silverton Lavatory 35713LF-ECO faucet can be removed/unscrewed using the plastic aerator wrench that came with the faucet. Please see the below parts diagram link for the part. https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-L-35713LF.pdf Best regards, Tanya

one of my handles spins 360 degrees.  it doesn't stop at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock on the right handle.  is this going to affect me being able to shut the water off?  don't want to install on counter unless i know.

Asked by: laheys
Hello Laheys, Thank you for your inquiry! We would recommend making sure that the stops on the stem assemblies must point to the center of the faucet for proper handle rotation. Please see page 4 module 4 for correct handle rotation. Best regards, Tanya

What is the spline count of these handles? I am wanting to replace just the handles on this faucet and cannot find that informatons

Asked by: Jessica
Thank you for your question, Jessica! The Silverton handles do not have splines but rather attach to the flat portion of the D-shaped stem assemblies and are held in place with a small set screw of to the side. Any Delta handle that starts with "H2" can be used instead. Best regards, Edward

Asked by: Mike

how do I remove the clip on water lines

Asked by: ken
Thank you for your question, Ken! To remove the quick-connect hoses, squeeze tabs together, push up, then pull down. If you have removed the outer part of the clip, please reconnect it, making sure that the two tabs or "wings" are covering the square holes at the top of the connection. Best regards, Jon
