Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stunning Faucet I am a retired designer and this faucet is perfect. This is Delta at it’s finest. The champagne bronze finish is elegant rather than brassy, the lines are gorgeous, and being Delta - it is totally functional.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Still trying but lost I purchased the complete Zura items for my bathroom cabinet and shower. My cabinet was designed to my taste by Home Depot and my granite is from Brazil: both expensive and the faucet make a nice modern arrangement. Unfortunately, the water fall has always been low, from the installation in 2017 and now there is almost no water running. I brought 2 specialist and couldn’t remove the faucet. I see rust around the cold water part. I was told that the facet is corroded all inside. Delta keeps telling me to hire an expert. The a plumber and the building engineer couldn’t remove the faucet what other expert can. I am 72 years of age and dint know what to do. Delta sent instructions how to clean the faucet. They need a picture showing the rust. I don’t think they even know the cost each trip of a specialist. The building engineer recommended to cut the faucet and what about my cabinet and Brazilian stone of $4,000? Any recommendation?

We acquired the Zura suite of products for our (sparingly used) spare bath remodel and while it provided the look we wanted at the time, after one year of use, the polished nickel finish began discoloring and spotting, especially at the base of the faucet handles. Also, the cold water control began to feel like sand was in the valving.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Zura throughout I love Zura’s looks and used three different configurations of the faucets and the bath hardware throughout our new home, including the Zura wall sconce. The collection is stylish and modern. My only complaint is that there is a lot of splash and we have fairly deep sinks, so it could be an issue with some of the shallower sinks.

I am seeing answers that the aerator can be removed and then older answers saying it is not intended to be removed. Can the aerator be removed for the Zura 3574 MPU-DST to clean it? I ask because the water flow is a bit slower than I would expect.

Thank you for your question, Dusty! I do apologize for any confusion regarding the stream straightener on model 3574-CZMPU-DST, but will be more than happy to clarify! The RP90441 stream straightener can be removed, but once removed it can not be reinstalled in the spout. This is why we do not recommend removing the stream straightener. For any reduction in flow, we recommend unsnapping the clip on Y-connector on the hose under the sink. Separate the fitting from the Y-connector. Remove the flow regulator using an o-ring pick or similar tool. Clean flow regulator and reinstall. Make sure fitting is fully inserted onto Y-connector and clip is completely re-engaged. I have included a link to the maintenance and installation sheet for model 3574-CZMPU-DST. is the brilliant stainless steel finish and the lumicoat stainless steel finish the same. Due to a long delivery and I am considering purchasing separate components for a shower system and one of the components is lumicoat and the others are brilliant.

A faucet  was just installed and water splashing everywhere and slow and uneven flow. In any other faucet it would be recommended to remove and clean an aerator because it is a last point of water exit.  A short video how to do that on this faucet will do

It is not the right answer. A needle nose pliers will just damage that soft plastic flow straightener (aerator).  Don't do that! It must be a different way to remove it, but so far I see that it is not designed to be removed which is very strange and inconvenient if you need to clean the faucet from debris.

Can I get replacement handles for Zura 3574 MPU-DST chrome?

I have a new Delta Zura faucet.  Been installed about one month.  There are two rogue streams of water coming out of the strainer.  Nothing wrong with the flow.  How do I remove the strainer.  I can send pics.  Model #3574-CZMPU-DST

Hi PopsofC, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! Unfortunately, the aerator RP90441 is not designed to be easily removed. It would need to be replaced once removed as it may be difficult to remove it without damaging it. A small hook or tool can slowly work it out of the spout. I first recommend soaking the end of the spout in 50/50 white vinegar and water, then rinsing the finish. This can help with mineral deposits or help loosen any trapped water debris. How to remove the filter for cleaning

Hi Mary, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 3574-MPU-DST Zura® Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet In Chrome. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! Water debris is most likely to be trapped in the flow regulator located in the Y-connector below the sink. Unsnap the clip on the Y-connector and separate it from the fitting. Remove the flow regulator using an o-ring pick or similar tool. Clean the flow regulator and reinstall. Make sure the fitting is fully inserted onto the Y-connector and the clip is completely re-engaged.
