As per the maintenance and installation sheet linked below: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/104819%20Rev%20B.pdf To remove the handles by hand turning the handle base counterclockwise. Then remove the bonnet nut below with a wrench. You will then clean the seats and springs of any debris. The stem unit will come out by gently pulling. Make sure to install the stems correctly for proper handle rotation: Note: 1. The stops must point to the center of the faucet for proper handle rotation. 2. Replace handle properly. Be sure the handle with "H" is to be installed onto the left and the handle with "C" onto the right. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
