You have a very narrow space next to the water line to install. Made some adjustments of my own and the rest of the project went well. Definitely would recommend.

All connection ok, determined it's from the center faucet assembly, somewhere along the (cheap) inner black plastic hose going from the T-joint up through the spout towards the flow regulator. Leaking, and water travelling back down along the outside of that cheap inner black plastic hose and emptying out the center hole into my under cabinet. Such garbage.. at any price. But especially at this price.

I also brought a tub/shower single handle faucet and I was happy with the operation and it's appearance. However the slip on spout secured with a set screw was a little chintzy because I found out when installing the spout there couldn't be any play at all with the copper pipe because when I slipped on the spout the spout it didn't snug up to the tile wall, but I was able to fix the problem

I would have spent days trying to find parts, so I bought this faucet as a replacement instead. I'm glad I did! Not only does it look good, but the installation was very easy. One bonus is a phone app you can download and it gives you step by step instructions you can follow during the installation. I don't think the app is actually made by Delta, but it was very well done.

My Porter bathroom faucet handle is loose. Not the side hex screw. It's the actual handle. In other faucets, there's a top cap that can be pried off to tighten a screw. This faucet doesn't appear to have a cap and I don't want to damage the finish. Help!

Hello dgaschen! thank you for your question. You can tighten the set screw on the outside of the handle with a 3/32" Allen wrench. There is no cap on this handle. However, inside at the top of the handle assembly is another larger (5/32" Allen) set screw that holds the lever to the handle base. Please tighten this screw to stabilize the handle base. On and off is backwards. How do you fix on Delta 35984LF

Installed faucet. Pressure great. But turning water on and off is backwards. 3 and 9 o'clock on and 6 o'clock off. How to fix this?

The cold side stem should be oriented so that the permanent stop is on the right, the removable 1/4 turn stop is in the back, and the flat side of the brass stem to the right (for the off position). The brass stem will rotate by hand, but it may help to use the handle to move it. To change the position of the stops, turn off the water supplies under the sink, then unscrew the bonnet nut. I need to replace the 1.2 gpm aerator due to too high of flow for a tankless water heater. I need the .5 gpm aerator, but am unsure what the correct model one for a porter widespread bathroom faucet is. The aerator uses the Delta tool to remove.

This faucet installed easily. However the open position for the valves is the opposite of normal, where the handles are perpendicular to the spout. The closed position is parallel to the spout. The left(hot) opens CW and the right (cold) opens CCW.

How do I find a new complete replacement aerator? Mine is ruined from a calcium from my faucet had a leak, that is now fixed. I soaked it in vinigher but now the calcium is gone and the brass shows. I have a brushed nickel finish.

The center spout has become loose and I can push it side to side about an 1-2”’s from center. The assembly is tight underneath, how can I tighten it so it doesn’t move?

Being on a well I have seen the flow diminish to almost nothing. Also prior to that the flow was minimal. I there a screen and water saver I can change to improve the flow and clean out any debris.

My brand new faucet has low flow. I check the supply lines and there proper water flow. I look at the support manual which recommended taking of the aerator but I could not get it off.

We are happy to help! The aerator is removed by turning the finished end of the spout counterclockwise. A rubber or silicone jar opener or something to get a good grip without damaging the finish can be useful. We would also recommend flushing any debris that may be in the handle valve. With the water supply off, remove the handle, bonnet nut, stem, seat, and spring. Using a bucket to redirect the water down into the sink, turn on the water supply for a couple of minutes to flush the valve.
