Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Delta touchless faucets! I have this in chrome in one bathroom and black in the guest bathroom. The black is a touchless faucet and it works great. It is beautiful to look at and doesn't get hardwater spots. The chrome is just as beautiful, but I didn't want to go to the extra expense of a touchless model. I now wish I had done it as a touchless, since there is less water splashing around the touchless faucet, so it stays clean looking longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WATER SPLASHES EVERYWHERE I personally think its a design defect. the distance between the faucet and the water falling from the faucet is approx 3 inches. the minute you put your hand under the faucet to wash the water starts splashing on the sink counter and the faucet itself. We have to constantly wipe the sink and the faucet after each wash. Returning the product. what a pain and waste of time and effort.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great faucets but confused by Touch vs sense These are great faucets and am building a new house and have Delta touch faucets in Kitchen and both bathrooms. Kitchen faucet works with touch but not with sense. One bath works with both touch and sense. One bath works only with touch. I'm guessing the kitchen is designed for only touch, which is just fine. But why aren't both bathrooms working the same even though they have different faucets. Hard to find a clear answer on the internet. Would like to have touch and sense in both bathrooms if possible. Part number for bath faucets that work with both touch and sense are: D574TBLDST Matte Black Part number for bath faucet that works with touch only is: D761TSSDST Brilliance Stainless Toughts Delta?

Can the Zura with touch tech. be used with a wall mounted sink that has an exposed pea trap?

I have a wall mounted sink only with one hole. I will use a nice finished pea trap and can hid the electronic box up under the sink. There is no cabinet for the sink. Can I do this with this faucet?

Thank you for your question, Carol. The solenoid assembly and wires should hang freely below the sink. We recommend placing the battery box placed on the floor of the cabinet or, such as in your installation, the floor itself. Is this faucet available as touch only with no proximity feature?

Dear Richard, Thank you for your question. The Proximity/Hands-free feature can be turned off on the Delta Zura Lavatory Touch2O.xt Technology 574T-DST faucet. However, we do not make a touch lavatory faucet without the Proximity/Hands-free feature. For the model D574TDST is the pull to operate the drain on the back? Also, do I get the same faucet if I buy it from Home Depot or Fergeuson's plumbing supply? People have said that the Home Depot versions are lower quality. Thanks

Hello Bill, Thank you for your question. We appreciate your interest in Delta faucets. Yes, the lift rod on the back of the Delta Zura Lavatory 574T-DST faucet lifts up to engage. All Delta faucets feature the same quality parts, materials, and workmanship, no matter what kind of dealer sells them. Delta retail dealers usually sell faucets that include the handles in the boxes. Plumbing professionals and Delta Studio Showrooms sell faucets where the faucets and handles are packaged and sold separately ("LHP" models), giving the customer some additional styling choices. How do you clean screen. Mine is clogged and water trickles out

Hi, Ellen! Thank you for your question. The Delta 574T-DST faucet does have a stream straightener, RP90441. This can be pulled straight out of the spout to remove. Once removed, this can be soaked in a solution of 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution to clean. This can be soaked for an hour or overnight to clean any debris that maybe causing the flow issue. Does it have to be installed on the sink? I wanted it to be counter mounted.

Dear Marie, Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Zura Lavatory 574T-DST faucet can be installed on your counter top instead of the sink. You would just need to make sure it has the proper clearance, the electronic parts and wires do not interfere with the sink and the supply lines reach your hot and cold shut off valves. What is the height with the faucet turned on so the touch will work?  (i.e. 8" plus what)

Thank you for your question, P B K! Although we do not offer an exact measurement, model 574T-BL-DST should measure approximately an inch to an inch and half taller with the handle upright depending on if an optional escutcheon plate is being used as well. Best regards, Edward

Hello, I have the Zura fixtures in champagne bronze. Can you tell me the best way to clean them? They tend to keep a lot of water spots daily. Is there a cleaner I should or should not use? Thank you.

Hi, Audrey! Thank you for your question. We appreciate your purchase and are happy to help guide you with the best care recommendations for your new product. Although our finishes are extremely durable, they may be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, we recommend simply wiping with a gentle damp cloth and then blotting dry with a soft towel. If water deposits are especially troublesome, you may use a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water to remove them. White vinegar is strong enough to dissolve mineral deposits, yet mild enough not to damage our finishes. Note: Please be aware white vinegar may stain some porous materials like untreated stone. If you have an unsealed tile or counter top, please take care when cleaning your products. If you’d prefer using a chemical cleaning product, our finishes may be cleaned with the following household cleaners: Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner, Fantastic® All-Purpose Cleaner, or Windex® Original Glass Cleaner, when used according to the manufacturer’ instructions. Any cleaners not listed above may be tried if they do not contain hydrofluoric, hydrochloric and/or phosphoric acids or similar caustic agents. Some examples of chemical cleaners to avoid are: green Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges, Scrubbing Bubbles Bathroom Cleaner and Lysol Basin Tub, and Soft Scrub and Tile Cleaner. Note: Any products that state on the label that they remove tarnish and rust will most likely harm the finished products. Most drain cleaners may be used when following their specific directions and not allowing exposure to the finish longer than 30 minutes. Best regards, Rosanna
