Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warning, causes toilet paper to fall off constantly We installed these in our new house and it only took a few months for the pivot joint to get loose and it causes the bar to wiggle back and forth(not just up and down) and therefore it causes the toilet paper to fall off all the time. It drives me crazy and I will be replacing all four of these in my house. Don't buy!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap and poorly designed I've used this hardware and this pivoting toilet paper holder in the past and it was a nightmare to install. My client wanted to match the shower hardware so I accommodated their request but in the end it had to be returned. The mounting hardware is so poorly designed that it's next to impossible to mount properly. There is much better hardware out there.

Where can I find Mounting Brackets for the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder - Model #76450-SS

We are redoing our bathroom and have the Ashlyn Pivoting Toilet Tissue holder but no mounting brackets for it. I don't find anything on your website that indicates where I can find them.

I lost the set screw during my install - what part number or size of set screw do I need? The directions included in my purchase state the mounting brackets at 7 7/16" apart, the DSP-A-76450 Rev A.pdf on your website show 7 5/8". Which one is correct??

I recently installed an Ashlyn Toilet Paper Holder (76450-BL). When I try to pull toilet paper off the roll, the lever arm swings free and the toilet paper lands on the floor. It seems loose at the pivot joint. Is there a way to tighten that joint?

The Delta Faucet Ashlyn® Tissue Holder In Chrome MODEL#: 76450 does have a screw at the pivot joint that can be tightened. Our products have a Lifetime Limited Warranty that covers parts and finishes being free of defects in material and workmanship for the original owner/purchaser. Can you get this tissue holder in Matte Black, I am purchasing the Ashlyn style for faucets etc. and want the tissue holder to match.
