Easy installation, soothing trickling sound when faucet is turned on, and truly eye jewelry for my sink. Guests continually comment on the faucet's elegant look. I would only suggest that you dry the area where the water dispenses out of immediately after each usage because it leaves a white powdery stain that when dried it does not disappear. I did not dry it in the beginning therefore I believe that's why I have a permanent marking. Nevertheless, you will not be disappointed with this product.

Riser

Hello JP, Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, the riser is brazed to the rest of the faucet body and is not removable. The 568LF is the version of this faucet that does not have a riser. I hope this helps!

Is the spout sloped sufficiently so that water never sits in channel when it's not running?

Does the ARA 768L:F-BL price include valve and overflow kit? If not, please provide information for that.

Thank you for your question, Cathy! The 786LF-BL is designed for a vessel sink and does not include a drain pop up. For a sink with overflow, we would recommend the 72173-BL push pop-up with overflow. Or, the faucet model 568LF-BLMPU that includes a pop-up and lift rod. Water flow is very very slow trickles

Hi Rahman, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue as quickly as possible. Our Delta Faucet Delta Ara® Single Handle Vessel Channel Bathroom Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 768LF max flow rate is 1.2 GPM @ 60 psi. Here are instructions on how to check the flow restrictor. Please use a 3/32" Allen wrench, small needle-nose pliers, adjustable wrench, and some towels just in case of excess water. 1. Please shut off water supplies. 2. Please remove the button behind the handle and then use the 3/32" Allen wrench to remove the set screw. 3. Once you remove this, you will see a dome-shaped piece with the same finish as the rest of the faucet, please remove this piece. 4. You should now see a brass nut piece. Please take the adjustable wrench and remove the bonnet nut. 5. Lift out the cartridge and grab the needle-nose pliers. Review the valve and you should see a small brass cylinder piece that is held in by an O-ring. Place one part of the needle nose pliers in the hole of this piece, squeeze gently and lift straight up. The water flow from this faucet is very slow - almost a trickle. How do I get to the screen to check for debris?

Dear Kathy, Thank you for your question! I will be more than happy to help you! On Delta model 768LF the flow restrictor sits under the valve cartridge. Can you advise if the guts of this are plastic or ceramic or brass?

Is the Ara 768LF the same product whether purchased from a shop like Lowe’s or a dealer like Hajoca? Or are there different versions (like a commercial versus home use?) under the same item number?

I have model 768LF.  I am disappointed as after about 6 years I must replace it as a slimy black residue has been visible every day.  Cleaning it daily does not remove it completely and is very disappointing.  It’s not our city water. Other faucets ok

To first troubleshoot this issue, I recommend checking the seals on the home water supply valves. Next, flush the faucet using a bucket to catch the water. With the handle closed, unclip the hose below the sink and clean the flow restrictor and screen. Open the handle to run water directly into the bucket for a minute. Reinstall the flow restrictor and screen and reconnect the hose.
