Nice looking and easy to change paper
This is a decent quality TP holder and looks nice. We bought it in Venetian Bronze. It is very easy to change out the toilet paper and is different than what you may be used to. There is no spring in the bar. Rather, you just lift it, swap out the roll of toilet paper and then return the bar to its resting position.

Don't buy this tissue holder
Just as has happened to most of the people writing reviews about this product, the plastic ring is the problem. Also, the way the roll holder piece fits is very loose, and easily breakable. Yes, I called and got a replacement, but I still haven't found time to put it in. I tried to have them exchange this holder for the regular spring type, but they were only willing to replace this defectively designed model. I certainly wouldn't buy it again. Suddenly, the spring mounted type seems like the answer to a dream.

Not built last last
We selected Delta's linden collection when building our house a couple of years ago. While we enjoy it over all, the lever of the tissue holder has proven to be a frustrating accessory over time. A plastic piece where the lever joins the post on the wall appears to have cracked it now falls apart with each use. There is a screw that looks like you could tighten to correct theissue however it just spins and cannot be tightened or removed.
A tissue holder does not seem to be an item in a home thatshould become problematic within 2 years of use. Imagine the shock (especially to our gusts) each time the metal arm drops, clanking onto the tule tile floor!?
Can this be remedied?

Love Delta's new brass finish
Remodeled master bath and chose Delta's Linden design in the newer champagne satin finish. The tissure holder is sturdy and with the pivoting arm makes it easier to put a new roll of paper on. It does fit the very extra large rolls. It matches the Delta Linden shower, tub and sink fixtures giving it a more elegant look with the satin brass finish.

Color Not a Perfect Match, No Template Included
The Delta champagne bronze line is a really nice line. The color is not really the warm bright gold that is trending right now, so if that's what you are looking for, you'll want to look elsewhere. However, we think the color is beautiful and looks so much classier in our bathroom than chrome. We are not disappointed with the color at all.
That being said, the color does vary noticeably in person (to us, at least) from product to product. The color of the sink faucet and shower faucet are slightly different, and the color of the tissue holder and towel bar vary from that of the sink faucet and shower faucet. Not enough to see unless you are really studying the pieces side by side, so a guest using our bathroom would never notice, but still, this seems like a fairly big QC problem if the human eye can discern that the colors are different.
Additionally, the tissue holder was sent without the instructions included. This was obviously a mistake, as the box clearly states they are included. No instructions, no template. This made it rather a pain to install (though I did it, by myself, never having installed a tissue holder before *pats self on back*). I just had trace the two ends on the wall, measure the space from the edge of them to the center where it would attach to the bracket, and mark the two holes of the bracket on the wall. Was kind of hairy but worked out okay. I could have just printed instructions from online, but we don't have a printer at home, and I didn't feel like driving 30 minutes to the office to print, on my day off, which was the day I wanted to get this installation project done...and plus the principle of the matter is that as a paying customer, I shouldn't have to do that. The instructions should just be included as stated. But that sounds rather like millennial entitlement. Le sigh.

Feels cheap and flimsy
Bought and returned. It felt like the pivot action was flimsy and fragile. I have owned Moen and American Standard pivoting holders and loved them. This one was hollowed out so it had a lighter feel ( not a deal killer by itself for me). The Linden accesssories in brushed nickel didn't match each other exactly. I bought towel bars, and hook too. I can't remember which was which but some finishes looked bluer and some yellower. I was really disappointed in Delta. I am looking for accessories to go with their Delta Cassidy faucet. Since Cassidy only comes with a single post horizontal TP holder, which they tell me cannot be turned vertically, I must look for other options to fit my space. Build.com has been accomodating in returns though.

It looks nice, but It lasted about a month
After a month of use, the arm falls of every time we change the tissue. The inner piece that holds the arm on is made of plastic with a small slot in it, The smallest side of the slot cracked and the plastic piece falls out along with the arm. Our contractor suggested we use only delta parts because of the great quality. Its is not a good quality product. Our other delta products are holding up fine. Now I am looking for a spring loaded tissue holder as this one was a waste of money.

Great design

Had to Rebuild the Holder to Get It Installed
I recently bought two of this item, stock 79450, one in rubbed bronze and the other brilliant stainless. The bronze one went in with no trouble and worked perfectly the first time. The stainless had to be rebuilt before it would work. The end of the shaft was slightly bent and would not fit over the stud where it belonged. The swivel part of the moving shaft was not assembled properly and was loose in its housing. Fortunately, I was able to fix these problems and the holder is working properly now. However, if the average homeowner does not have a large collection of tools, the stainless one would have to be returned. That's why the average rating.

Why doesn't the link to the spec sheet work?

Use a very thin Allen wrench and you really have to put it far into the hole.
