I am still stuck installing because the supply lines that worked with the previous faucets don't fit with this model. What is the black rubber gasket that is the same size as the 1/2" ips supply line ends? I can't install the supply line so I'll probably just return and get a model that doesn't have a weird size supply line connector

This model was fairly easy to install, however there wasn't a wrench provided to tighten the spout, so I wasn't sure if the wrench was something that was provided or something I had to purchase separately. If not I'll have to purchase a special wrench to make sure that the spout is good and tight. I really like the style.

Wife is pleased with one exception, she wants to know why holes where the allen screws go on the handles face forward when turning the faucet on. It would be nice if a red and blue plug was provided to fill the holes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super modern I Just absolutely love this sink set. It is so modern. The set up for this device was so simple. I just watched a YouTube video and it helped. I usually am not good with handy stuff. Once I installed it the sink ran so smooth and the water pressure was amazing.

This is easy to install and works smazing. No leaks anywhere. Took us about 20mins to install. We installed this in my daughters bathroom which we gave a new look.

Do the supply fittings come with a black plastic cap on them or is this something different? Is this some kind of quick connect item or is this a protective cap. If these is a protective cap, they aren't referenced in the documentation.

High tall is the spigot?

Aerator size and model number please!

How do I fix a drip. I replaced the spring and rubber seat, along with the stem but the drip is driving me nuts.

Hello Johnny P, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help with your faucet drip! If the B3518LF faucet is dripping, we recommend repair kit RP74418 and flushing the valves. Flush the valve by placing a large bowl or bucket over the valve with the stem and seat and spring removed. Tun on the water supply and use the bucket to redirect the water into the sink. Hi! Question on MODEL#: B3518LF bath sink faucet. I see the specs state "Solid metal end valves and spout body". Are the 'end valves' the H & C control and handles? Thanks

Hi! The faucet we are replacing is 2.5" from its base to spout lip. We see this model is just under 4". Should we be concerned about water potentially splashing out of the sink? we don't have any concerns about this with our current faucet. Thanks
