Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful I replaced an old 2 handle faucet in our 2nd bath with this one that matches our master bathroom faucet. This is the 3rd Delta faucet we have in our home and would not go with anything else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Cheaply Built This product is so cheaply built with no weight to it .It is nothing like the high quality faucets that Delta used to make.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use Installed this a month ago, and for the price, it works well. This faucet's handle is much thinner and moves a lot easier than my former Delta faucet, which makes getting the water temperature exactly where I need it more challenging (while washing my face).

I am using an undermount sink, so need to drill holes in the countertop. How far back from the sink should the holes be drilled? Sink to holes, not back wall to holes.

Asked by: JimM
Hi, Jim M! Thank you for your question. The Delta B510LF-PPU-ECO Faucet minimum clearance to back splash is 2 1/2" (64 mm). Here is a link to the technical specifications sheet for further measurements: https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-L-B501LF%20Rev%20E.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

the lift rod has come out. Hoe do we reattach it so we can use the stopper?

Asked by: Kathy
Hi, Kathy! Thank you for your question. The lift rod for the Pop Up Drain Assembly on the Delta B510LF-PPU-ECO Faucet can be screwed back onto the strap, underneath the sink. These instructions can be found on page 3 of the maintenance and instruction manual, here: https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/86607%20Rev%20B.pdf Best Regards, Rosanna

is this faucete meant to be installed on a vanity that slopes down. It seems that the pop up will not work correctly if it is mounted flat

Asked by: bill
Thank you for your question, Bill! The lift rod hole for this model is designed at an angle to allow ease of use but will also help reach the strap below deck and will accommodate most installation holes. Best regards, Edward

The packaging for the Faucet B510LF-PPU-ECO contains a small note. It warns not to use Plumber's Putty on the plastic parts for the drain. I overlooked this little label and applied putty. Will I have to remove the putty or what can I expect?

Asked by: ukasaka
Thank you for your question, ukasaka! We recommend silicone for various reasons, the most notable being that plumbers putty will eventually dry up over time, causing potential leak points whereas silicone does not. We would recommend un-installing the drain assembly and using silicone as any leaks due to improper installation methods can not be covered under the warranty. Best regards, Edward
