is there a hook for this arm to mount to in shower?

I have delta rectangular head hand held shower. I would like to change out the head for one with a wider spray & adjustable spray.

Which delta products would work with this hose?

Are the threads on this handheld showerhead plastic or metal and where is it made?

Are there replacements parts for the bottom of the handheld, the part that attaches the handheld to the hose?

hi,  just received hand held #62954. installed on the shower bar/diverter (delta). well flushed system as it  has been in service while waiting backordered hand shower. Problem is spray has a spot that does not spray properly.. help
