Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used as a tub filler We used this sink facet as a tub filler. I’m not sure if the contractor removed the screen or flow restrictor but it fills the tub quickly and water shoots out of the spout to the middle of the tub or farther if you turn it up. I like seeing the water go out rather than dribble out or go down like a waterfall. It has a 7” spout which is shorter than most tub fillers and we did a wall mount for an alcove tub and it is plenty of room to clear the edge of the tub. Most facets were 11” or more and took up too much space.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great; poor design We have two of these installed in our 6 year old home in the master bathroom. I like the idea and the look, but the quality and design just doesn’t work. As others have mentioned, the water ends up sitting in the spout and has caused the faucet to erode. To avoid this, you would have to wipe it down with a dry cloth after every single use, which is clearly not practical. I would love to be able to get a replacement of just the faucet parts so I don’t have to replace the entire things ( two faucets with handles) with items that don’t match the rest of our house. But it I were doing it again I would not use this design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from looks great with cement sink The style of this faucet matches well with my more rustic, cement trough sink. The faucet seems to be high quality and well made. We have not installed it yet, so I can't comment on installation; but it looks great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So disappointing I agree with all the previous low rating reviewers. We had 2 of these installed for our new construction home. The faucets look great, but are so frustrating because they do not drain properly. When the faucets are turned off the water rolls underneath the faucet and rolls backward and drips down behind the vessel sink. Also the water does not completely drain out if the channel and makes the inside slimy. We constantly have to scrub it clean every night. We have noticed that the metal is chipping/ corroding and turning green on the end of the spout. We specifically bought Delta because they have been known to be good quality and reliable. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the Ara line. We Have been so disappointed with the quality and performance of this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor design Loved the look of these faucets. Had them installed and within 1 month they already looked like they needed to be replaced. Water sits in the spout and does not drain out. The tip of the faucet is completely green. Inside the spout is etched from the water sitting. And, I have a water softening system so it is not caused by hard water! Terrible design. I have 2 of the identical faucets and both look terrible. So disappointed to have done a complete bathroom remodel with brand new fixtures that already look old and grimy!

How do you tighten the handles on these faucets? I don't see a tightening screw anywhere on the handles.

Getting the button off is a challenge. How do you do it without scratching the faucet? Is there a specific tool that should be used?

How can I remove the stem to fix a leak, I am dripping. I bought some plumber bells and they don’t fit.

This faucet has very reduced flow after 4 years. Soaking the spout in vinegar not effective. How can I restore flow?

Hello Frepaul, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. If the water flow from the faucet reduces over time, the flow regulator may have become partially blocked. To clean: A. Loosen set screw on the bottom side of spout and pull straight out on spout to remove it from the adapter. B. Unscrew spout adapter from the spout extender. Look at the backside of the adapter to locate the flow regulator and check for any debris caught in the regulator. Use a small soft brush to remove any of the debris. C. Reinstall spout adapter and make sure it is tightened against spout flange. D. Reinstall spout and tighten set screw to secure it against the spout flange. E. Turn on handles and check spout flow. How long is the tub spout from finish wall?
