Used as a tub filler
We used this sink facet as a tub filler. I’m not sure if the contractor removed the screen or flow restrictor but it fills the tub quickly and water shoots out of the spout to the middle of the tub or farther if you turn it up. I like seeing the water go out rather than dribble out or go down like a waterfall. It has a 7” spout which is shorter than most tub fillers and we did a wall mount for an alcove tub and it is plenty of room to clear the edge of the tub. Most facets were 11” or more and took up too much space.

Master bathroom faucet from
Open channel faucet has corroded
Nice looking feature but has a design flaw. The water sits in the open channel on a daily basis and has corroded the faucet. I would appreciate someone reaching out to me on a replacement faucet. Thank you

Looks great; poor design
We have two of these installed in our 6 year old home in the master bathroom. I like the idea and the look, but the quality and design just doesn’t work. As others have mentioned, the water ends up sitting in the spout and has caused the faucet to erode. To avoid this, you would have to wipe it down with a dry cloth after every single use, which is clearly not practical. I would love to be able to get a replacement of just the faucet parts so I don’t have to replace the entire things ( two faucets with handles) with items that don’t match the rest of our house. But it I were doing it again I would not use this design.

looks great with cement sink
The style of this faucet matches well with my more rustic, cement trough sink. The faucet seems to be high quality and well made. We have not installed it yet, so I can't comment on installation; but it looks great!

So disappointing
I agree with all the previous low rating reviewers. We had 2 of these installed for our new construction home. The faucets look great, but are so frustrating because they do not drain properly. When the faucets are turned off the water rolls underneath the faucet and rolls backward and drips down behind the vessel sink. Also the water does not completely drain out if the channel and makes the inside slimy. We constantly have to scrub it clean every night. We have noticed that the metal is chipping/ corroding and turning green on the end of the spout. We specifically bought Delta because they have been known to be good quality and reliable. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the Ara line. We Have been so disappointed with the quality and performance of this product.

Not as nice looking when installed
The spout design is not practical for frequent use. It looks bulky and clunky. Hardware quality is good but I not personally a fan of this design. The price is high too.

Very poor design
Loved the look of these faucets. Had them installed and within 1 month they already looked like they needed to be replaced. Water sits in the spout and does not drain out. The tip of the faucet is completely green. Inside the spout is etched from the water sitting. And, I have a water softening system so it is not caused by hard water! Terrible design. I have 2 of the identical faucets and both look terrible. So disappointed to have done a complete bathroom remodel with brand new fixtures that already look old and grimy!

Is this available for a vessel sink in chrome
Thank you for your review, Joanne! Delta model T3568LF-WL can be used with a vessel sink and this model is featured in the Chrome finish. For a true vessel sink faucet; however, we would recommend models 568LF-MPU, 767LF or model 768LF-MPU.

can this faucet be used for a tub?
we are building a home and want the faucet and a waterfall type spout for the tub - s this unit of a size it could do a soaker tub?
There is a tub fixture available but would not recommend it. Leaking after less than 3 months use. Need to break through tiles to fix. See my review of this fixture, it's horrible.

How do you prevent water corrosion on top of spout?

Thank you for your question! Here are our cleaning and care instructions:
Always blot dry any water from faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to build up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse thoroughly with water afterward.

Is it possible to get this model with a longer spout?

The Ara T3568LF-WL model does not have a longer spout available at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do have other wall mount lavatory faucets with longer spouts, however. T3551LF-WL (Dryden) has a spout reach of 8 5/16" (211 mm), T3574LF-WL (Zura) has a spout reach of 8 1/2"(216 mm) and T3552LF-WL (Tesla) has a spout reach of 9"(229 mm).

How high the spout end needs to be above the drain opening of a vessel sink to prevent least spashing?

Thank you for your question. We leave the spout height up to you, as sink depth and designs can vary. The best way to determine where to install the faucet is to place your hands in a natural position for washing them in your sink, and then allow for a comfortable amount of clearance under the spout.

How do you tighten the handles on these faucets? I don't see a tightening screw anywhere on the handles.
Getting the button off is a challenge. How do you do it without scratching the faucet? Is there a specific tool that should be used?
