I took it to my contractor’s office to show it off and they were so impressed with it and the Champagne Bronze color they took pictures of it to display for customers asking for a color like this. How long is the hose on the hand held sprayer?

My tub has a virtual spout, and would like to use these handles, and hand shower.   Is this a possibility?

Unfortunately we can not guarantee that our products will work with those from another manufacturer but we would recommend checking with them about your possible options. Best regards, Edward

Hi Jim, Thank you for your question! The tub spout is not rated for a specific flow rate. However, the rough-in valve will provide approximately 18 gallons per minute at 60 PSI. The hand shower will run at 2.0 GPM. Best regards, Jon

Is the Addison or Linden Collection hand shower head sold separately?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # T4794-CZ can be broken down into separate parts. The handshower is RP46680CZ, the base is RP51290CZ. You can also get the hose separately which is RP40664 and the conical nut separately. That part number is RP40663CZ.

Should the color of the hose for the hand shower match the color of the trim?

My hose for the Linden Roman Tub Champagne Bronze hand shower came as Chrome and not Champagne Bronze..Can this be correct??

Dear Steve, Thank you for your question. The hose assembly that comes with the hand shower of the Delta Linden Roman Tub Trim T4794-CZ faucet is a chrome only finished. The only finished part would be the nut that connects to the bottom of the hand shower. The hose assembly RP40664 is not offered in the Champagne Bronze finish. Best regards, Tanya

Is the hand shower supposed to be "leaning" in toward the tub? The plumbers installed it and I thought they didn't cut the hole big enough and it wasn't sliding down far enough.
