Rated 5 out of 5 by from love the features We bought this on a whim as touch faucets were uncommon when we purchased. We loved the convenience and now touch every faucet looking for water. With Covid omnipresent not having to manually turn the faucet helps with preventing infection.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works great when it works. I love my new faucet. It looks good and, when working, is very convenient. After about 3 weeks of use, the solenoid began acting erratically. Sometimes, the faucet would not work either electronically or manually. Customer service was very helpful and has sent a new solenoid which will get installed this weekend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BOMB! Bought this faucet because it seemed like a good idea. Now, it's a must have fixture. The only way to make it better would be to have instant hot water at the sink. Have had the faucet a couple of years and have had a couple of issues. Delta's excellent customer service was there to make things right. GREAT FAUCET!

We just installed the Trask Touch 2-0. We have not been able to get the touch feature working at all. Also, the light keeps turning off and the faucet does not function at all until we touch the wires at the back of the solenoid.

Asked by: Magdalena
Hi Magdalena, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19933T-SPSD-DST. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We are happy to help! If the faucet can be activated by touching the wires directly, the issue is likely that the faucet is not isolated or insulated properly. This can cause the faucet to turn off by itself or not respond to touch. We recommend placing the battery pack flat on the floor 2" from the wall, separating the wires from touching anything, especially conductive material. Check that the faucet's mounting shank is not touching the sink or counter. I just bought this model 19933-SPSD-DST and installed it, but not water is coming out at all. The installation was easy but is not good if it does not work. Am I missing something? Please need help

Asked by: Deisy
Hello Deisy, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! Our Delta Faucet TRASK™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology And Soap Dispenser MODEL#: 19933T-SPSD-DST has a Euro motion cartridge which require you to tilt the handle out to turn on, Which is different then our standard faucets. I will also included flushing instructions in case there is debris not allowing for full flow. Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Thank you for being a loyal Delta customer. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

How do I turn off touch feature

Asked by: Magliberty
Hi Magliberty, Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 19933T-SPSD-DST. For Kitchen Touch2O® faucets, there are a few ways to make them manual. 1. If you can get the water to flow, then the most universal option can be used. It does not matter which model or version for this method (excluding Pascal & eFLow). With the faucet running water, disconnect the battery pack by opening it. Or if you have an open battery tray, remove the batteries. You now have a manually operated faucet. The solenoid was open allowing water to flow through and is now stuck open because you removed the power it would use to close. Reconnecting the battery would close the solenoid and make it electronic again. Or 2. If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. a. Open the battery holder cap. b. Disconnect the sensor hook(s) from the spout and/or valve shank. c. Remove the hose clip and hose from the solenoid. d. Remove the solenoid from the valve outlet tube by removing the clip or swinging the clip open. e. Reconnect the hose with the hose clip to the spout outlet nipple. Note: If the solenoid uses RP60520 adapter to connect to the valve outlet, for example, the early Trinsic®, Addison™, and Ashton® … the pullout hose can be connected directly to the valve outlet nipple, not the adapter. a. Open the battery holder cap. b. Disconnect the sensor hook(s) from the spout and/or valve shank. c. Remove the hose clip and hose. d. Remove the metal solenoid clip and solenoid. e. Remove the adapter from the valve outlet tube. The adapter must also be removed to reveal the valve outlet nipple. The hose cannot connect to the adapter. f. Reconnect the hose with the hose clip to the valve outlet nipple. The faucet is now a manually operated pullout or pulldown. Or 3. If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. This is the least preferred method. These directions are in the packaged instructions, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. Please feel free to contact us directly for technical information at 800-345-3358. We are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. my delta is still running after i touch off . any ideas

Asked by: penny
Hi penny, I'm sorry that you are experiencing water flowing from your faucet when turned off and would be more than happy to help! This is typically caused by debris, which can get caught in a few different areas of the faucet. Please try the following steps so we can better assist you: 1.) First, please unscrew the wand from the hose and turn the faucet on for 4 minutes to flush the lines and see if you get good flow out of the end of the hose. Please check for debris in the wand and re-attach it. Be careful not to let go of the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet. 2.) Next, turn the handle to the off position, place a bucket under the sink, disconnect the solenoid assembly from the gray PEX tube and check for debris in the screen in the top of the solenoid assembly. If the solenoid assembly is gray, the screen cannot be removed. If it is black, you can use a pair of needle-nose pliers to take the screen out and clean it. 3.) Finally, reattach everything and see if the stream has stopped. If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know the results of the tests. Please also provide your address, phone number, and email along with the approximate date that the faucet was installed and a photo of the sticker on the solenoid assembly. New dishwasher installed hot water pressure low cold is fine installer said I need to replace faucet???

Asked by: Barry1
Hello Barry1! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. We recommend flushing the valves of the Delta Faucet Trask™ Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology And Soap Dispenser In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19933T-SPSD-DST. To flush the valves, please follow the instructions below: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Best Regards, Carrie

We have well water. After a few months our faucet has the flow of a 99 year old....  How do you clean out the grit or whatever is blocking the flow.

Asked by: Cindy
Hello Cindy, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet! I am happy to help you! To clean the sprayer on the Delta model 19933T-SPSD-DST you will need to remove the Sprayer Assembly from the spout, and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for up to eight hours or overnight for best results. Make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed. Please contact us with any questions or for further assistance. Best Regards, Emma

Does the faucet water turn on manually without the batteries or ac adapter?

Asked by: Patti33
Hello Patti33, Thank you for your question! I am happy to help you! The only way to make our Delta touch models manual is to remove the battery box from the solenoid while the water is running. There are a couple more ways we can advise to make them manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube. Lastly, If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method. Please contact us back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

I want to use electric power supply instead of battery in the 19933T-SD-DST touch faucet. How do I connect this part and disconnect the battery pack. Don't see it in the manual.
