We love the 3 different sprays, the lines and shape of it and the spot free stainless steel finish. I did have a small issue wth the sprayer head but Delta was very easy to deal with for the warranty and they sent me a replacement sprayer.

It looks nice but the spray isn't strong like I had hoped.probably because the shield spray takes away some of the spray holes. I thought is would lift up on it own but I have to push it up. The shield spray isn't very powerful because the water pressure is just ok. I have had the plumber out twice and he said its all because of the flow restrictor. I should have just gone with a basic model. I would love to switch out the head and get one. with just a solid spray.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Install review Like the results of the faucet once installed, but getting there was a bit of a hassle. Need to add an additional fastening option to the install package. The fastening ring with the screws on the sides as to big to fit between the granite counter top and hole in the sink, where a regular sided nut would have worked fine. Could not find a nut to fit the faucets at any hardware store. But figured out a way to make it work. At least note on box for under counter top sinks only.

Delta fixtures have been a part of our life for decades, in our personal residences and our rental properties. Parts are easily accessible and support is super. I have installed several faucets in my day and the instructions in the box were horrific! Not only was the print so small no inventory of parts (or description of them) which made it quite confusing when it comes to bolting down the faucet. Photo in instructions was not close to the part provided. Fortunately someone with the exact model posted a video on YouTube and it was clear sailing from there. Would definitely recommend this product but Delta needs to up their game on instructions.

The ShieldSpray function did not work even close to the online demo and was not usable (and it's momentary - can't be locked-on). And I disliked the parallel spray streams. Kudos to Delta's great customer service in resolving the issue (Thanks Donna!). Install was simple, clear directions, sleek design goes excellent with my Shaker cabinets, and the soap dispenser works good. I suggest watching the demo videos before buying - and ensure you have a minimum 50psi water pressure. Overall a great value due to Delta's dedicated customer service reps.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Good Kitchen Faucet Bought and installed a Valdosta (MDL NO: 19957Z-SPSD-DST) in December, 2017, and only have one complaint, which I learned after the purchase...it doesn't do as well with the included escutcheon as it does without (i.e., mounted to a rock counter top where the escutcheon is not required). I just have to tighten it up from underneath every 6-8 months; otherwise, it's a good faucet which works as advertised.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Soooo disappointed! :'-( Purchased this faucet (Valdosta w/Spray Shield) in the beginning of May. It was a tough choice between this model & the Allentown LED. Ultimately, I chose the Valdosta because of the spray shield feature (thinking it would be practical, however it wasn't). The shield isn't really that great at shielding the water from spraying back at me. If anything, it's actually aiding the water in spraying on my clothes more than my last sprayer. Also, the spray holes are not in a circle (even though the button for it & video shows that it's circular, it's two separate lines in a row which makes it awkward to rinse with. I'm so very disappointed with this purchase & can't return because I threw the box out. This was my very first diy project in my first home & was so excited/happy about it once I installed it. But now after using it for almost a month, I regret not picking the Allentown LED, because at least with that one my 3yo would have loved the lights. :'-(

I waited a while to post a review to see how it looked and performed after 6 months or more. I am very pleased with both. We had a plumber install it and it was an easy job for him. My husband said he could have done it if he’d had the right tool.

We live in an area where calcium crystals builds up in the spray area. Can the the sprayer be taken apart to clean out these crystals?

Hello, Tom! Thank you for your question. The aerator can be removed for cleaning, and the Touch-Clean spray holes can be cleaned with a wipe of your finger. You can also remove the wand assembly from the hose to check for debris or to soak the wand in a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. Best regards, Jon

Can I get a kitchen faucet with high arc gooseneck spout that isn't 360° design, I would like it to have stops on the swivel?

We do have other high arc spout faucet models that have a limited swivel that limits the swivel 120°. I was told plumbing supply stores carry the same models as Lowes, but the the insides are made with higher quality parts (metal vs. plastic). That's why Lowes can sell for cheaper. is this correct?

The configuration of the spray holes on our spray head looks very different from the video for this model. Ours has holes on two outside edges of spray head, not around the entire circumference. Do you have a diagram showing the spray head configuration?

We have had this faucet for two years and suddenly we have lost almost all water pressure.    Is there a component that I need to replace?    I reviewed parts online but don’t have any idea what is wrong.    We have no other problems for any other faucets

Hello Scott! Thank you for your question. I am sorry you have low water flow through your faucet and I am happy to help. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.
