Compliments my new white farm sink and looks nice on my new quartz countertop (white with gray veining), gray cabinets with matte black pulls and rustic brick backsplash. I searched for hundred of faucets for my new kitchen renovation and settled on the Delta brand and the price was affordable. Love the single pull down style.

It was super easy to hook up it didn't take to long maybe a little over an hour. It's super easy to turn on and detach the sprayer. I cook a lot so this faucet helps a lot. When my hands are super messy I can easily just move the switch with half my hand. The buttons are super easy to push and aren't hard at all. It has great water pressure also. It also has a button the change the amount the water comes out. I really really love this faucet.

First, I absolutely love the design, it very much fits my aesthetic. This is a good sized faucet, not dainty by any means. Love, love, love the magnetic head that comes off to use as a sprayer...how did I ever get by without this feature? I do like the water shield feature, I'm getting used to using it, and I like that when I rinse things, food debris and bacteria aren't spraying everywhere. This faucet even increased my water pressure! When first installed it didn't work properly, but maybe that was just getting water through the lines and building up pressure because I haven't had a single issue since and it works like a dream. I would highly recommend this faucet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful faucet! We recently remodeled our kitchen and upgraded our sink faucet to match and fit our needs. This sink faucet was very easy to install and only took my husband and I 15 minutes to set up and install. The faucet is very sturdy and feels very well made for years of use. To turn the water from hot to cold is an easy twist of the handle. When I wash the dishes I like to be able to get the sprayer close to the dishes and this adjust head allows me to clean the dishes and sink very easy. There are different options for the sprayer to get a more powerful wash. When the head is released the magnet attracts the head right back into place. This has been a great new addition to our kitchen because it not only looks great but its very useful and helpful. We have found this faucet to be easy to install and use without any professional help!

I was very pleased with the easy to read step by step directions. The illustrations are also clear and there is no confusion. The instructions also tell you everything you need to help with the installation. Not only do I have new beautiful sink. It works better than I had imagined.

If you pull the single handle towards yourself what temperature would the water be?

Then, pull the handle toward yourself for hot and push the handle back for cold. Can you lock the toggle to spray or do you have to continuously hold the button in order to get the spray.

Can I get either a left hand or right hand lever?

Is there a way to clean out pipe scale from the faucet besides flushing it through the supply lines?

Hello Larry! Thank you for your question and we are happy to help. We apologize for this information not being readily available to you. To flush the Delta Coranto™ Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 9179-DST, we recommend following the instructions below: Start with the easy stuff: -Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. -If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.  -Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.   -If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. -Next, check the supply lines for debris: -Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.  -Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.  -Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket.  Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. -Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge, and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. -After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold-water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies. There is no other way to clean out the pipes besides flushing the unit. With any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly. Is the Artic stainless a brushed stainless style faucet?
