Everything I needed to install it was included. The magnet that docks the faucet head is very strong and always seats it back perfectly. Another nice feature to this faucet is that it's water spot resistant so no having to wipe it down.the design is very elegant and sleek. The sprayer functions are very nice to as it has three settings.

Replacing the old faucet with this easy to install Delta has totally updated the looks of my kitchen and the overall design works so well. One of the best features for me is that I can actually fill larger pots without titling them to get under the faucet. The Delta 9997 boast of using a DIAMOND Seal Technology which reduces leaks and Delta stands behind this product with a Lifetime Limited Warranty. Best faucet I have owned to date.

Can we connect our reverse osmosis cold water line directly to the faucet? If not, do you have a comparable spout for RO? We are building and purchased this faucet and thought the dealer indicated we could do this. Thank you

Hi, MJChris! Thank you for your question. The 9997-RB-DST is not intended to have a reverse osmosis units installed on the unit. Our beverage faucets can be installed with RO units. Is it possible to substitute the Bar spout assembly with the Kitchen spout assembly at a later date?

Suddenly hot water will not come out. Only cold water no matter the direction of the handle. I have hot water from every other faucet in the house

Hi Cindi03, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the CASSIDY™ Pulldown Bar/Prep Faucet MODEL#: 9997-PR-DST. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. When should I change the batteries

Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is the information needed to resolve your issue for you. Delta Faucet Touch2O® Technology kitchen faucets are powered by 6 AA batteries and Touch2O® and Touch2O.xt are powered by 4 AA batteries. Ordinary batteries will last up to one year with 20 minutes of usage per day. The LED indicator light on the base of the faucet will start blinking red when it is time to change the batteries. If the batteries are not replaced in time, the faucet will still function with manual operation. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. We look forward to continuing to serve you. I am having low water pressure hoe do I clean the filter or remove the wand to clean

Hello Tina1, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. What is the difference between your 9997-AR-DST Cassidy pull down bar faucet, and the 9997-AR-PR-DST Cassidy pull down bar faucet with side spray? Does the 9997-AR-PR-DST come with the RP90839 'Shield Spray' Sprayer Assembly?

Hi SailBonnie, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9997-AR-PR-DST. 9997-AR-DST is the same model without a Lumicoat finish. They have a pull-down spray wand instead of a side sprayer. This model does not include ShieldSpray, but the included sprayer can be replaced with the RP90839ARPR 'Shield Spray' Sprayer Assembly. When the handle comes loose on this model simply from use, how does one fix/tighten it? There is a small cap on the back of the handle that looks like it comes off to expose a screw/hex but I don't think it is intended to come off?

My faucet has the hot and cold water connected backwards, hot water comes out when the handle is up and cold water comes out when the handle is down. Can the valve cartridge on the 9997-DST be rotated to correct this?
