The [RP41122] pull-out hose kinks easily. It doesn't look like it will last very long.

I have two bath, one shower, and now kitchen faucet that are all made by Delta. If you call their customer service line for parts or help on one of their products you will want to outfit your entire home with their products. They are always friendly and eager to meet your needs. My latest purchase of their kitchen faucet shows that Delta strives to be the best faucet that one could buy. Style, durability, easy to maintain and work on if need be are just some of the reasons I will keep purchasing your product for my home.

Manufacturing defect?
Installation went well until I realized there was no way to connect the hose to the sprayer arm. There was no nut anywhere on the hose, and there was no nut in the box that could be put on the hose. Had to return it to Menards and go with a different brand.

Worst Kitchen Faucet Ever!
This faucet was installed by our builder. It lasted two years before it started to leak and the pull-out-down hose failed to retract as designed. The good news, DELTA Customer Service worked with us to obtain a replacement faucet at a reduced cost to us.

Had to fix it 2 times in 5 years
I purched this fauce 5 years ago and it works great for a wile then around 2 years after owning it I woke up to a counter full of water from the faucet leaking out of the handle. Called in and got the parts to replace it. Then it did it again last night. Love the design but hate the problems I am having with it. But the customer service people are amazing to work with.

Purchased because my wife wanted to match black appliances, color blends well! I’m disappointed that pull-out hose/spray is plastic while the handle & base is metal. Hopefully being a Delta faucet it will last!

I don't understand this line review title.
I purchased this two weeks ago and it has worked fine. It installed easily. There is a sort of a scraping noise when moving the lever in HOT position...like maybe dry discs or O rings.
I will stay alert as this product is less than two weeks old..

My wife liked the features of this model!

Poor quality
I called to get a replacement wand for my kitchen faucet but found that it was discontinued. The representative worked hard with me to get a replacement that was similar to what we had. Once it arrived we looked at it and it was nothing like the one we currently had. The replacement was very poor quality and was plastic. I appreciate all the work the representative did to help me but the faucet was nothing close to the quality we previously had. We have used Delta faucet for as long as I can remember and will continue even though I had a poor experience this time. Than you for listening.

Horrible product!
The metallic/mesh faucet hose is very soft (like spaghetti) and does not retract, you need two hands to force it back into place. There is a plastic clip attachment under the sink that prevents the faucet hose from pulling out easily, takes two hands to forcibly pull the faucet out to use.

No More Delta Products from
Great faucet... Until it leaks.
Great faucet... Until it leaks.
I had it installed a week ago and it looks and works great... for now.
I was informed that there are no replacement parts for this.
I checked the Delta wed site and sure enough NOTHING COMES UP.
The "Repair Kit" RP44123 doesn't exist anywhere I looked.
This is a Menards Exclusive and Menards doesn't have it. Multiple service people were unable to find it. I was told that since Delta doesn't list what the part numbers in the kit are, there is no way to order them individually.
If I didn't have to pay to replace it I would return it. This is a VERY EXPENSIVE faucet for something that is basically DISPOSABLE.

Like it don't love it
Decent faucet for the price. The only drawback is when you use the pull out spray hose to rinse out the sink, it's easy to get a kink in the hose when you point the sprayer certain ways which causes the water to cease flowing. It makes one-handed use impossible in certain cases.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Kitchen Pull-Out Kitchen B4311LF-SD faucet is designed with a flow rate of 1.80 GPM at 60 PSI. There is no way of increasing or decreasing the flow rate of this faucet. There are also no parts that can be removed to increase this designed flow rate.

what material is the pull-out hose...is it vinyl or spiral metallic chrome to match on the chrome model? Hose length is sorely lacking on many websites.... The length of the hose shows 59" in one spot...is that correct?

My current faucet has a base with 2 handles. Does this come with a base that has just 1 hole for the faucet? If not, can a base be hold separately?
