Look away, loose and spins.
Bought to match my trinsic kitchen faucets. Cheaply made, dispenser does not lock into place and simply sits on top on the unit, spinning easily. Solution: rubber O Ring helps to secure the top to the base. It’s not perfect but it helped to stabilize the dispenser from spinning all over the place. You could literally flick with your finger and it would spin around and around. Very disappointed with Delta on this model. Delta, you can do better!

Disappointing
This was professionally installed 31 days ago. The soap dispenser rotates 360 degrees which is not like the display model at the Plumbing Supply House. We went back after installation and verified it didn’t rotate. Spent 40 minutes on the Delta Customer Service phone waiting (only to get disconnected). Went to the Q/As and it says that’s 360degree rotation is normal. Then, we see in another question the replacement bottle is discontinued. Is this the new Delta faucet company? We are extremely disappointed.

Great, but needs a hose kit.
These soap dispensers are a great match for the Trinsic faucets. I put in two: one for hand soap and one for dish soap, to keep clutter off the countertop.
Re: hose. It never fails, each time I try to fill these by pouring in soap from the top, it overflows and makes a mess. I wish they came with a hose/ tubing that you could place in a large bottle of soap in the cabinet underneath.

Exactly what we needed for our kitchen remodel. Great fit and function. Finish looks great with our stainless appliances and matches the Delta faucet we selected. Above the counter it is all metal.

I just had this installed and thought there was a part missing because of how wobbly it is. I've had built in soap dispensers before and paid much less than this that worked better. I expected better from Delta.

I agree with Gail looks good but the "nozzle" part where the soap come out spins quite freely so it doesn't always stay pointed over your sink.
is there another part or instructions on how to prevent it from spinning freely? I am an interior designer and spec Delta product alot so i ordered the same product for myself and i do not care for this spinning.

Great product
This soap dispenser looks and performs great. Sometimes I just want a tiny bit of soap to wash out a protein shaker, and I'm able to barely push it down to get a little bit. Happy with how well it matches our new faucet too. We got matte black in both and love the look!

Broken after 7 months
This wobbled from day 1 but it matched our faucet so we kept it. At 7 months, the rubber seal has completely disappeared inside the top and it no longer pumps.

Looks good, but feels cheap and wobbly!!!
Similar review to other, looks good but when you try to use it feels wobbly like there is a part missing (i.e. gasket or spacer) or the parts don't belong together. As an engineer, I'm amazed that this product got through a functional design review. I plan to return it.

Delta RP100734 Trinsic Deck Mounted
Matches the Delta faucet perfectly. My sink has a lip. So, soap tends to land on the lip instead of in the basin. So, keep that in mind during installation.

Thank you for the questions. To fill the soap dispenser you just lift off the top and fill it. This soap dispenser was sold with many different styles of faucet so I don't really have a model to provide to you.
