Thank you for your questions! Lotsofquestions18! Model 144789-SP-I does not use magnetic docking but rather has tabs that lock the hand shower into the shower head halo. The lever on the side will switch between the hand shower, shower head or for both at the same time. The lever on the hand shower where the Pause button is located will switch between the spray settings. This is not a rain shower and is not available in another shape however we do offer square shaped models for a more contemporary design. The included two-in-one showerhead has five spray settings. To change settings, move the lever on the hand shower or push the button for the pause setting. Hi Sdw1107, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Unfortunately, we do not have a non-pressure balance cartridge to exchange the pressure balance cartridge with. You can work with the manufacturer of the tankless system to adjust the heater for the flow rate of the shower. You could lower the temperature to 120° F or lower to see if it helps. The lower temperature water could cause a higher flow rate to get the desired mixed temperature at the valve. The flow rate varies depending on the PSI to your home. We appreciate your inquiry. Hello Nanad, Thank you for contacting us. I apologize about the low flow you are experiencing but am happy to help you. The Delta 144789-SP-I has a max flow rate 1.75 GPM @ 80 psi. If your not getting that flow rate we would recommend doing a shower flush and soak the head in a a 50/50 white vinegar and water solution. To flush the open valve without the cartridge, please follow the directions below. 1) Remove the handle by loosening the set screw on the side of the base of the handle. The set screw is either an 1/8" or 3/32" allen screw. So you will need to use the appropriate size allen wrench to loosen it. Loosen it just enough to be able to easily pull the handle off. * Note. If there is calcium build-up at the base of the handle it may be necessary to soak it in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Simply saturate the rag with the 50/50 solution, wrap it around the handle base and place a plastic bag over it. I would recommend do this the night before removing the handle. 2) After removing the handle, remove the trim sleeve. 3) Then you will need to remove the bonnet nut. The bonnet nut is the threaded ring at the valve opening. It unscrews counterclockwise. You will need a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks. 4) After removing the bonnet nut, you will need to pull the cartridge straight out. You may need a small skinny bladed screwdriver to wedge in between the lip of the cartridge and the valve to help start it out. 5) Once the cartridge is removed, you will have an open valve body. 6) Next, shut the shower door or curtain and turn the water on to the valve. Water should gush out much like an open fire hydrant. Have someone observe if there is good water pressure coming out of the valve and let flush for 30 seconds. 7) Re-install the cartridge and re-assemble in reverse of how it was disassembled. The Tub/Shower should then have a good flow. If it does not, the cartridge will need to be replaced. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole
