Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaks I bought 4 of these faucets last year and 2 of them leaked. I have had two differant plumbers work on tem and replace the stems. One still leaks and the plumbers say it's the faucet itself. The other no longer leaks but the handle squeaks when turned on. Tghis is getting expensive to have plumber work on these brand new faucets.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but water smells and tastes like a pond We updated our bathroom about a year ago with all new fixtures, walls, floor, etc. Just recently noticed a dirty stinky smell and taste coming from just this faucet. We live in a city that has been rated with some of the best tasting water in the country, but are now unable to drink from this faucet due to the foul smell and taste. After dismantling and investigating the issue, I noticed the clear hose assembly was discolored on the inside of the cold inlet tube. After running bleach through the hose, I was able to kill all the mildew, but am concerned with how long it will be before the mildew returns. I'm not sure why the clear tubing would facilitate mildew growth, but I wish there was an option for a different tubing material that is anti bacteria/mildew.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Causes Smelly Water Beautiful looking faucets. Have new double sink vanity and purchased two Delta Flynn 35768LF faucets. Within a few months water started getting a bad smell for the first 30 seconds when first turned on, only from these faucets. Nowhere else in the house or even the same bathroom has any water odor. I hope I can find a solution that doesn't require me to replace them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks beautiful and sleek Love everything about this faucet, just wish the directions and faucet handles were labeled “hot” and “cold” during install. We installed it backward at first.

I have just installed a Delta 35768LF Faucet and have very low flow were the previous faucet had great flow. I have removed the aerator and flushed. I also checked for kinks in any of the pex hoses. Am I missing somthing?

Asked by: Flopresti
Hello Flopresti, Thank you for your question regarding the Delta Flynn Lavatory 35768LF-SS faucet. To flush out the valve body, so that these parts do last as long as possible, please first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Gather an adjustable wrench, some towels and a bucket. Disconnect the hot side Innoflex line. Move the handle to the full on position, middle temp. Point the hot side Innoflex line into a bucket. Turn on the cold supply valve full. Let a gallon or two flow into the bucket. Shut off cold supply. Check bucket for debris. If no debris, empty bucket and run one more time. Move handle to off position. Reattach hot side line. Turn on both water supply valves. Best regards, Tanya

My faucet looks drains slowly under any condition. I want to check the aerator to see if its clogged, but it looks like there is a special wrench to remove. I didn't install this faucet so i don't have wrench. How do i get wrench?

Asked by: Bruce in GPP
Hello Bruce in GPP, Thank you for your question. The aerator for the Delta 35768LF faucet can be removed with the aerator wrench that comes with the faucet. Unscrew counterclockwise from the spout assembly. The aerator wrench is part number RP91142-1.2. This part can be purchased from any local or online dealer that sells Delta products and parts. We installed this faucet and it worked initially, but now it won't turn off when the handle is on off position and the water flow is very low. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Thank you.

Asked by: Bertha
Hi, Bertha! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Sometimes debris can get caught inside the valve that may cause low flow. We do recommend to perform a flush. To flush out the valve body, first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handles, stem units and seats and springs. Place a pitcher or bucket upside down over the open valve and turn the water back on full strength for 5 to 10 seconds. Do this on both the hot and cold sides. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall the components.  Also, make sure that they do not have any dirt or debris on them. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to change the parts in the valve. The kit is RP74418. Here is a link to the kit: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP74418 Best Regards, Rosanna
