One thing I will say is during installation be sure to tighten up the screw on the bottom of the faucet that secures it to the base ... Otherwise you need to take the whole thing back off. .. real pain in the butt .. otherwise the price point is good and faucet seems to be of good quality.

I had to request a replacement stopper from Delta and it was sent out immediately. The plumber will reinstall the stopper. This faucet makes my vanity look beautiful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A few things to make installation easier. Bought this at Lowe's because the style and finish went well with the Mayfair vanity we ordered. A couple of things I learned doing the install. 1. If you have a medicine cabinet installed on the wall over the sink, be sure you have enough clearance to drop the lift rod through the hole in the spout. 2. Check the two screws holding the spout to the base. Mine were loose, which I didn't discover until I have the spout installed. Lock washers or Loctite might be overkill. 3. Install the spout first. The mount rod is on the left and if you put the hot water faucet in first the tubing gets in the way if you're using a wrench. If you have a deep 7/16" socket, no problem. 4. Use double stick tape to hold the gasket and bracket to the bottom of your basin. Gravity still works under the sink and it's annoying to have them keep falling down when you're trying to get the nut started. 5. Same thing for the washers under the faucets. 6. Steps A & B are obviously reversed. Even I figured that one out. Really liked the quick disconnect tubing, a lot faster than wrenches and fittings.

I prefer a chrome finish but this is available in nickel finish as well. I liked that the drain stopper lever was at the top of the faucet instead of behind it because I didn't have a lot of clearance from the faucet to the granite backsplash. The price was reasonable too.

My faucet looks drains slowly under any condition. I want to check the aerator to see if its clogged, but it looks like there is a special wrench to remove. I didn't install this faucet so i don't have wrench. How do i get wrench?

Hello Bruce in GPP, Thank you for your question. The aerator for the Delta 35768LF faucet can be removed with the aerator wrench that comes with the faucet. Unscrew counterclockwise from the spout assembly. The aerator wrench is part number RP91142-1.2. This part can be purchased from any local or online dealer that sells Delta products and parts. does this faucet have the push down/pop up drain?

We installed this faucet and it worked initially, but now it won't turn off when the handle is on off position and the water flow is very low. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it? Thank you.

Hi, Bertha! Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. Sometimes debris can get caught inside the valve that may cause low flow. We do recommend to perform a flush. To flush out the valve body, first turn off the water supply to the faucet. Remove the handles, stem units and seats and springs. Place a pitcher or bucket upside down over the open valve and turn the water back on full strength for 5 to 10 seconds. Do this on both the hot and cold sides. After the allotted time, turn the water off and reinstall the components.  Also, make sure that they do not have any dirt or debris on them. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to change the parts in the valve. The kit is RP74418.
