how do you detach the quick connects from the faucet spout piece?

Hello Jack, Thank you for your question! To remove the quick-connect hose of the Delta Alux Lavatory 35769LF-SP faucet, you would just squeeze the textured tabs together, push up, then pull down firmly. When re-connecting the hose, it should click into place. Best regards, Tanya

Our quick connect for one of the faucets is broken and one of the black  threaded brackets is stripped. Are we able to get these extra parts anywhere?

How do I access the stems on this faucet (Model 35769LF). The hot water turn-off is squeaking after less than one year. Instructions say remove the handle by hand turning the handle base (7) counterclockwise 35°. Diagram doesn't show a #7. Help please.
