Rated 3 out of 5 by from Waterfall faucet chrome coating is disappearing We really like the waterfall faucet and would have given it five stars however, the coating on the inside of both faucet spouts are showing signs of material wear after only one(1) year of personal usage and service. It appears the chrome coating is disappearing for some reason. We dry the channel each day with a soft wash cloth to prevent water spots so it’s not minerals or other water contamination. We really like the look of the waterfall but now that the coating is slowly disappearing due to limit usage we wish we would have spent the extra money on the Koehler.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waterfall Faucet is a Winner So I installed this beauty a few months ago and have to say it surpassed my expectations. Installation was a snap. While I do have some plumbing experience, a novice could easily install this faucet. The bright chrome finish is flawless. It cleans up easily and so far, the hard water hasn’t hurt it at all. The only negative is the brushed finish in the spout. It is a bit of a pain to keep from spotting because the water stands on the rough finish. If you look closely at the second picture you can see the standing water in the spout. I dry mine after every use to avoid the stains. Overall......a very nice Faucet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Health concerns with the open channel design. My wife is a cancer patient at M. D. Anderson in Huston Tx. Every room in the Holliday Inn has the waterfall faucets. There; you see many people warring mask because there immune systems are very low. These open top exposed faucets make me wonder who's DNA , Flu Germs, ect. may have settled there. The faucet in our room last week had a green tinted build up in the channel. I'll never understand how these faucets passed health guidelines for public places, being exposed to so many people.

The waterfall design is novel and perfectly complements our modern house. Somewhat over priced compared to other higher end faucets, but its something we use everyday and will likely be there after we are gone.

One operates perfectly with water turned on completely. The second one splashes water on the user even with the water slightly on. I have checked every detail on the sinks and they are 100% identical. The only explanation is a faulty faucet.

I am overall satisfied with the purchase with only 1 issue of a bit coloring in the spout.. I get a lot of complements from my guests as they like the how it functions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful to look at and fun to watch We just renovated the master bathroom and used these in brushed nickel for the sinks, they are beautiful both in and not in use. The water flow was too restrictive at first, causing the water to land on the drain, and splash all over you. Per the instructions, there is a small plastic piece about the size of a pencil eraser inside of the faucet, once that was removed the water flowed perfectly, the only down side to not having that piece in is that the volume of water decreases when you go from warm (center) to only hot or cold. Cons - They have been installed for about a month now and you can start to see lines in the channel where the water comes out from water drying in there. the brushed nickel shows water spots and finger smudges, its not as bad as Chrome, but not nearly as good of a finish as was on my old delta brass faucets.

The finish is terrible because it shows finger prints and anytime you touch it the faucet has marks on it. I would not recommend this finish.

I ordered the 568LF-MPU with pop up drain assembly. I have a bowl-vessel sink that takes a special type of drain or so I’ve been told.. an umbrella drain? Anyway, will this drain assembly work with those types of sinks?

Unfortunately, the lift rod on the backside of the Delta Ara Channel Lavatory 568LF-MPU faucet may not be able to connect to the pop-up assembly, if installed in a vessel sink. Can you remove the Red/Blue water temp indicators?

My wife and I ordered 2 of these from a seller on amazon. When it showed up, there was no drain kit in the box. Is this supposed to have a drain kit?

Had a Ara faucet installed in November, water flow was very little and getting worse, help

Hi, Rosie 123! Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing low flow from your Delta faucet. We do recommend to flush the valve to make sure no debris is causing the low flow. To flush, first turn off the water supply to the faucet.           1. Remove the handle. On the lever handle, you should find a small hex screw that can be loosened with a 3/32" Allen wrench. The handle will lift off when this screw is loose enough.           2. Once the handle has been removed, unscrew the dome-shaped cap. The domed shaped cap will unscrew counter-clockwise.            3. Once the cap has been removed, grasp the round metal stem. The valve cartridge will pull straight out. Also remove the flow restrictor and rinse these parts. You will need to reinstall these parts later, so be sure to note how they are positioned in the valve.      4. Now, with the valve completely disassembled, place a bucket upside down over the top of the empty brass valve body. Turn the hot and cold water supplies back on and let the water run for about 10 to 15 seconds. The water will come directly up out of the valve and should mostly be deflected back into the sink by the bucket. You might have a little bit of water to clean up, though!           5. Shut off the water supplies. Reinstall all parts. If the flow is not better, please contact our Delta Customer Service line at (800)345-3358.
