Took a whole 5 minutes but it improved our shower dramatically. The matte black looking color is very modern feeling. Water pressure holds well through it with the water distributed evenly throughout the shower head. Definetly recommend.

I used waterproof tape for extra coverage to not have it leak. It is smaller than I expected but still like the finish of it. When turning the shower on the water pressure is good, not hard coming out but definitely not too soft.

I like the pressure in which the water runs, it’s very practical and comfortable compared to other brands I’ve used before. I like that my bathroom looks so nice and sophisticated. Before adding it I didn’t get halfway through a shower before running out of hot water. Now I can take my time and still have hot water to spare because it is smaller than the huge rainfall shower head I had I don’t run out as quick but it’s still more than plenty big enough to get enough water. So glad I can take a normal shower and not have to worry about running out half way through now. And the quality is amazing as always!

But for this specific shower head, we decided to get one for the cabin we’re building and it just looked great and perfect in the new master shower. The matte texture is just simply elegant and yet simple looking. We like the way the water comes out from it and it is not overwhelmingly too much like the others we used before. Really great addition for our bathroom and we highly recommend it.

I really thought it was going to be difficult but to my surprise it was a breeze.I love the flow of the water coming out of the shower head and I can stand under it and wash my hair which is a plus for me. It is a shower set that looks very elegant and modern and the black color matches any decoration in the bathroom. I love the way that this black looks up against our white tile. It really makes everything pop and cut it look more gorgeous! Everything fit perfect and this is such a high-quality top-notch a brand that I know it will last us a while! They also have excellent customer service. Why does my shower turn on by itself!

It can be normal for water remaining in the showerhead to drain after the shower is turned off. If the shower continues to run while off, recommended maintenance is to replace the RP4993 seats and springs in the cartridge or to replace the RP46074 cartridge. I purchased model T14267-BL-PP at Lowes and recently had my shower remodeled . I did not have a flange or "escutcheon" included. Can i have a replacement shipped to me? he told me 3/4 inch escutcheon but i cannot find any.
