My contractor had an issue after installation that the converter from shower to the sprayer didn't work. They made a simple connection and all is good. However, the shower head spray holes have the water coming out as different streams. Some spray wide and others spray narrow, the pressure is low as well. Other than that it's great.

how do you remove the temperature control cover? I thought you would just pop it off; but, I've pulled with considerable strength and it doesn't pop off.

The &quot;coldest&quot; position on the temperature setting is still quite hot. How do I modify that?

Hi, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for any inconvenience with your Delta Faucet Company product. I am also more than happy to have this opportunity to help you. The temperature can be adjusted by rotating the knob on the front of the volume handle. The Rotational Limit Stop can be adjusted to set the maximum temperature. To do this, remove the temperature knob cover by prying it by hand at the tip. This should pop it off of the gray knob, allowing you to remove the Phillips head screw. Pull off the knob to access the RLS and set it to the desired position. Please refer to section 4 of the Installation Instructions for more information. Hi, Steve! Thank you for you question. The Delta RP693SS bath waste assembly is the tub drain that we make in the Brilliance Stainless Steel finish to match the T17459-SS. The Delta MultiChoice Universal R10000-UNBX and R10000-LBX rough valve bodies are the exact same. The R10000-LBX rough valve is exclusive to Lowe's. I have read that the shower head is abs but is the tub spout also plastic? WE have the vero tub shower trim in our other bathroom and the spout is plastic

water not hot enough

I love the look of this but I cant get the water hot enough. I checked it and it is 112 degrees and all the other faucets in the house are 139 degrees. A plumber came over and made an adjustment from the back side of the unit (back wall and pipe exposed and accessible). He said that the only way to make the water hotter is to remove the scald guard. Is that correct? or is there another way? I also have the wall mounted handheld shower installed. Not sure if you needed to know that. Please advise

Hi Psychetri, I am sorry to hear about the trouble that you are having with your faucet and I would be happy to help. The increase the maximum hot water input for your faucet, you will need to adjust the rotational limit stop. To do this, remove the temperature handle but feeling behind the handle and prying off the outer cover. Remove the philips screw to remove the next piece. You will then see a round piece that looks like a gear. Each notch you move this piece counter clockwise will increase your maximum hot water temperature by 3-4 degrees.

Our Delta Faucet Trinsic&reg; Monitor&reg; 17 Series H2Okinetic&reg; Tub &amp; Shower Trim In Chrome MODEL#: T17459 and T17T259 would work with any of our R10000 universal valves. When opening the wall and installing a new unit, we recommend using the R10000-UNWS because this valve comes with stops. When the temperature handle is turned to the hottest setting, the temperature of the water is not as hot as the water from my sink faucet. I am wondering if this is a safety feature or if the shower trim was not installed properly?

Upgrading from an old 1700 series to this one, T17459. New RP46463 cartridge does not fit the valve body. Do I need to change the valve body or is there another cartridge that is compatible with the old valve body and new T17 Trim kit? Will RP32104 work?

Our Monitor 17 Series units do include different types of tub spout assemblies and we've included all of the tub spout instructions so that they're easily accessible for our customers. How well does the black matte hold its finish? Will it wear off over time?

Hi there, is it possible to get this trim without the tub spout and without a shower head? It's for a shower only setup and I already have a nice delta showerhead (head only) in matte black I can repurpose. would need the rest of the trim, rough-in etc.

purchased the trinsic 17 kit to update an existing bathroom. The old series 17 has a larger diameter trim piece behind the wall valve (about 7-7/8&quot;). the new black trim piece measures 6.5&quot;. Do you sell a larger dia trim to cover the wall hole?, 7.25&quot;?

Why are you manufacturing PLASTIC tub spouts? Do you have ANY delta tub and shower faucet kits that offer a metal tub spout?

Non-metallic materials can be beneficial in that they cannot rust or corrode. In the Trinsic collection, the RP93273 tub spout is metal.
