It arrived in perfectly brand new condition in original packaging. What a value, especially with the 10yr warranty. The faucet looks absolutely great, has awesome features, and functions perfectly. I replaced a Moen with this and so far I am glad I did.

What is the hose length for the pull down hose? And what is the difference between Shiloh and Leland?

Our Delta Faucet Shiloh® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray® Technology In Spotshield Stainless MODEL#: 19790Z-SPSD-DST hose is 62" long. The only difference in the Shiloh and Leland faucets is the styles. Everything else would be similar as far as the inside components. Thank you for being a loyal Delta customer. how does the sprayer work? do you have to hold down the button while you use spray or does it stay on until changed? What is the other little button for? What is the difference between stainless, arctic stainless, lumicoat stainless, are they shiny?

Hi Theda, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19790Z-SPSD-DST-R Shiloh® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray® Technology (Recertified) In Spotshield Stainless. I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help! The switch for aerated stream or spray mode will remain in position. The third button is ShieldSpray. A concentrated jet powers away stubborn messes while an innovative shield of water contains splatter and clears off the mess. ShieldSpray is designed to be used undocked while holding the spray wand. When the ShieldSpray button is released, it returns to the aerated stream. Lumicoat Stainless finish is the same look as our Stainless finish, a neutral, low-gloss finish. Is it possible to install the Shiloh® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet so the handle is on the left instead on the right?

Our Delta Faucet SHILOH® Shiloh® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser And ShieldSpray® Technology (Recertified) In Matte Black MODEL#: 19790Z-BLSD-DST-R can be installed with the handle on the left, the spout will rotate 360 degrees. However we do not advise on this due to the operation of the handle can not be reversed, it will then tilt out for on/cold and push back for hot which may cause the handle to hit your backsplash. Is the sprayer head plastic?

With any pull-down faucet, the part that you would grab onto is typically made of plastic or a plastic mixture, as metal is heavier, susceptible to corrosion, and retains heat. Do you sell just the sprayer for a Delta Shiloh faucet - we don't need the entire assembly, only the sprayer attachment on the end.

What is the size of the nut on the faucet ?

I bought this faucet 10/04/2021, I like the looks but it cuts down the water pressure way down . How can I fix this problem?
