Rated 4 out of 5 by from nice waterflow very unhappy with Moen faucet we had very poor water flow was brand new, call company they said that the amount that is allow by Federal law. I tested it , it took 2 minutes and 10 seconds to fill 1 gallon , should fill 1.8 gallons in 1 minute. So I bought a Delta faucet water flow is great, it also is 1.8 gallons a minute, but it works.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good Looking but developed leak within 2 years This faucet was installed as part of a complete kitchen reno 2 years. We we very happy the the faucet until in developed an occasional and intermittent leak under the sink. It took some time to figure it was the faucet. Delta determined it was the cartridge and under a warranty. Now I had to wait a week for the cartridge that should have never failed in 2 years. I have been told the Home Depot and Lowes faucets are a cheaper version using inferior plastic parts. The cartridge replacement was indeed a fully plastic assembly

Rigid tubing for hot and cold water hard to work with. Brochure shows parts that aren't even in the box. Some parts included but I have know idea what the are for.Trying to cover numerous type of installations rather than one specifically for the faucet I bought.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful Customer Service! We had to order a new wand for our Delta kitchen faucet. I called the customer service line, where I was greeted by a wonderful lady. I continued to explain my needs. She was more than helpful to identify the model of my faucet. Within minutes, she had a new wand set to be shipped to me. In finishing the call, I asked her how I was to pay for my part. She explained "Nothing! Delta has a lifetime warranty". I was pleasantly surprised. Most companies I've had to deal with are quick to wiggle out of backing their product. NOT Delta! You have a forever customer with us! Thank you for being true to your customers... Mr. Robinson

After reviewing other reviews, I saw a lot of people stated the same. I ordered a clip but instead of waiting for delivery 1-2 weeks I used a screw clamp which actually works better.

I have not been disappointed. The handle gives me much better and easier control of the water temperature. I like the bubble concept for cleaning plates but we forget to use it when rinsing the dishes off. Otherwise it is a great faucet.

Poorly designed Pro’s The installation was fairly easy The temperature light works well The movement of the faucet side to side is smooth Cons 1 Filling anything is painfully slow It literally looks as if the water is only turned on halfway. My water pressure is about 45psi typical 2 If you simply pull out the spray head and hose slightly too far you run the risk of damaging the water solenoid ,the hose and or associated parts. Inexplicably there is no tether or stopper 3 The Water control lever is touch sensitive which causes confusion for the control solenoid Even though they claim that the faucet knows the difference between a tap and a touch or grab this is only true part of the time on parts of the faucet. The water will only run when the control lever is in the on position so if for example you want to turn the water off for the night , the moment you touch the lever the water turns on momentarily until the lever reaches the off position It seems ridiculous that the handle be touch sensitive because if you’re reaching out to grab the handle wouldn’t you just use it ? 4 The retractable spray nozzle is fortunately not touch sensitive this allows you to move the faucet side to side without turning it on and off as well as pulling out the spray nozzle and positioning it where you need it unfortunately once you’re in position you can’t just press the button on the nozzle to have it spray you actually have to take your other hand and touch some part of the faucet

I"m using the single hole mount for my faucet and notice there is no rubber gasket, like what's included with the soap dispenser, just a foamy type gasket. am I missing something?

1Rog, Thank you for your question! This is the correct gasket for a single-hole installation and will help prevent water from seeping under the base. You may also use a thin bead of silicone to help ensure a water-tight seal. Best regards, Jon

Is it just preference on which side you mount the faucet handle? What is recommended?

The spout portion (the tall curved pipe) of my new faucet is a little wiggly. Is this normal or is ther a way to tighten it?

I would like to remove the screen to clean out any sediment that might be trapped. How do I remove it?

Dear Marty, Thank you for your question. The aerator of the Delta Pull-Down 19962Z-SD-DST faucet removes from the end of the wand assembly, using the provided wrench/tool RP90248. Then you can soak the entire aerator in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and tap water for up to 2 hours at a time for cleaning. I have a Delta 19962Z SD-DST And am not getting as much water as I was( Very little), I cleaned the round filter in the end of the nozzle but that did not help. Are there filters in side on the actual nozzle and if so how does it come apart!
