Rated 1 out of 5 by from Junk! Our faucet was purchased from HD, and within the first year, the magnetic mechanism broke twice. We had to replace the parts twice before finally after another “fight” and easily two hours on the telephone, they agreed to send a replacement faucet. They sent the wrong model and once again wasted more time on the phone with Delta. The supervisor we spoke with, was not very cordial and didn’t care how inconvenienced we were through this entire process. He couldn’t even schedule a home delivery pickup for the wrong faucet which was their fault! What kind of company does this???? In our opinion, his attitude and lack of regard to the paying customer was unacceptable and such that we will never buy another Delta product again. We also feel their quality has gone down hill like the customer service we received.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Love it and Hate it I have a love/hate relationship with this faucet. I love the looks of the faucet and the functionality of the sprayer, but the cartridges absolutely stink. I have owned the faucet for approximately 1 year, and now have to replace the cartridge for the second time. The first occurred a few months after it was installed. It became extremely hard to move the handle and made a terrible creaking sound when you tried to move it. It also leaked at the handle. I called customer service and received a new cartridge quite quickly. The faucet was okay for a few months. This time, it began to leak from the faucet. We took it apart to flush it out and clean the cartridge, but it still leaks. The flushing process got water everywhere. I need to call customer service again for another cartridge Also, it’s almost impossible to get warm water. It is either super hot or cold and there is only a fraction of a millimeter of movement in the handle between the two. The mixer obviously needs improvement. We changed the position of the orange switch in the cartridge, but it will only give you warm and cold and NO hot at all. My family wants to get rid of it, but I still hold out hope that I’ll get a good cartridge that will fix my problem. Delta customer service is quite good, but until I get a cartridge that lasts and allows an easy transition to get hot, cold, and warm water, I can’t recommend this faucet to others.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible We bought this less than a year ago, it was fine until a month ago when the water pressure coming out is now super slow. We cleaned the spout thinking it possible could be calcium deposits however it is not the problem, it is definitely not a problem with the area water pressure, this issue is in the faucet. What is a bummer, I can’t return it the receipt and paper work was thrown out.

We can't provide that level of detail every time and specific amounts are considered proprietary (trade secret). But in general, the faucet may contain: Bronze Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings) Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle) Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw) Copper (tubing) PEX-C (puck and tubing) Silicone (gaskets) Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses) Vinyl (hoses) Nylon Plastics Our SS- Stainless steel is a PVD finish, PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process used to create a very durable, corrosion and tarnish-resistant finish. Check the operation of the 2 function sprayer by pushing the trigger from aerator to spray. I have a kitchen faucet 9178T-AR-DST it’s loose and the sprayer is very hard to pull down

We purchased the Leland 19978Z-SS-DST at Home Depot and had it installed by a plumber just under a year ago. The handle never moved smoothly; we have to carefully position the handle to stop drips. However now it is constantly dripping. What can we do?

This may be a dumb question but are there Directions for using the different Sprays. I thought I read somewhere that you shouldn't use the Shield Spray without pulling out the hose and not to pull out the hose while the water is on.

How do you clean the sprayer on my Delta Leland Model#: 19978Z-SS-DST?

Hi phil, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel. Stubborn hard water spots are best avoided by this daily regime. If extra measures are needed, a solution of 50% distilled white vinegar (not apple cider or balsamic vinegar) and water could be used by wiping, spraying or soaking. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward and wipe dry. Our sprayer is plugged with low water flow. How do I clean it or get a replacement?

Is the base supposed to rotate? I know the spout rotates 360* but our base has started rotating slightly as well. If not, how do we tighten? Thanks!

How do I distinguish between the Hot and cold supply lines on the faucet
