The pulling head is amazing, for washing everything: sink, large pots, or large chopping boards. The self-retractable head is great. It makes such a difference in your workload in the kitchen to have the faucet do the work for you, and move so easily. The finish is very nice and the look is pleasantly understated. The operation is smooth and the retractable spray head works every bit as good as I'd hoped. The pull out spray feature works flawlessly, I was impressed because our last faucet had the same feature and worked, but not this smoothly. I am quite impressed with this product.

We were concerned about its appearance as our existing faucet was more rounded but once installed, it looks great. Very modern look and feel and we love that only the top portion of the faucet turns. The water does seems to "spray" a bit more while doing dishes but the water pressure is good as well as the sprinkler function. Overall, very pleased and happy to have replaced our existing faucet. Really like the finish of the faucet too.

Does the whole faucet swivel on its base? Can it be used with a two-compartment sink? (All the photos of it show it in the same orientation, which suggests that only the pull-out sprayer swivels.)

What is the proceedure for replacing the the sprayer assembly of the 4193-DST? I can't find it in the installation instructions.

Thank you for your question, George! Replacing the sprayer assembly will begin with unscrewing the wand from the hose and then pulling it down through the unit. What is the reach of the pull out and what is the hose made out of?

Thank you for your question, Gayle! The hose for this model is 62" (1473 mm) long and is made of either polyethylene or santoprene with a nylon mesh covering. The reach should be close to 32" to 36" approximately depending on the installation. Best regards, Edward

Your photos show the Polished Nickel with stainless steel appliances and I have stainless steel also. The Artic Stainless would match, but I love the warmth of the Polished Nickel. Would I be making a design error to use the Polished Nickel?

Hi, Army Before! Thank you for your question. Our Polished Nickel finish is a high-gloss, pale gold finish. The Arctic Stainless finish is a glossy finish with icy tones. Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish like Stainless Steel. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Does the hot/cold handle pull forward or does it push backward? We have a backsplash that is a concern.

The handle of the Delta Pivotal Pull-Out Kitchen 4193-AR-DST faucet operates by pushing it outward (away) from the spout body, to turn it on and adjust for hot and hot water. will this faucet work well with a 70/30 stainless sink?
