I really like the sleek design and convenient features of the Delta Trinsic kitchen faucet with Touch2O technology, especially the touch activation and magnetic docking for the sprayer. It looks modern and functions well, but I’ve noticed the touch feature can be a bit too sensitive at times, and the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped. Installation was straightforward, and overall, it’s a great addition to my kitchen. Curious to see how durable it will be in the long run.

For faucet 9159TL-CZ-DST I need the o-ring or gasket that sits where the pull-down nozzle meets the stem.  The gasket sits inside the stem so when the nozzle retracts into the stem, it’s pointing straight downward. Help!

Can I  disable the touch less feature and just have the touch feature on the soap dispenser-faucet bundle? I have a counter surfing pet who will activate touch less, but doesn’t get close enough to activate touch.

Hello, What is the hole size cut out required for the 9159TL-CZ-DST model? I see it says 1.25-1.5", can you please clarify this?

What does it mean when my batteries are only lasting 3 days??? Is it broken?

The hot water flow (pressure) on my faucet is much lower than the cold water. Can you suggest a likely cause and fix? Thanks, John

Hi John, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! We recommend flushing the TRINSIC® Touch2O® Kitchen Faucet With Touchless Technology MODEL#: 9159TL-DST. To do this, keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket. We would also advise flushing the hot and cold lines. 1. Please be sure to turn the water supply off before beginning this process. 2. Move the handle to the full mixed position. 3. Disconnect the faucet supply line from the hot side. 4. Position a bucket with the supply line connection inside the bucket. 5. Turn on the supply stop on the connected supply line side slowly, directing the water from the disconnected side into the bucket. 6. Reconnect the supply line. *Please use caution when flushing the hot water.* You'll want to repeat steps 1-6 for the cold side. Once you've done the flushing, you can turn the water supply back on to the faucet. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist

I am looking for a replacement cartridge for a model similar to this (10 years old). Model A112.18.1 and there markings on the cartridge ( F08114 , 21996, SID 50947) .

Trinsic touch2o(2019 model year) has reduced water flow. Strong water flow with spray nozzle removed. Strong water flow with swapped out spray nozzle From a bar faucet. Could they be a problem with the spray nozzle ?
