The touchless technology is incredibly practical for busy households, and the finish adds a modern, sophisticated look to any kitchen. We have deep blue cabinets and this accent color is gorgeous paired with them. It’s well-constructed, with smooth water flow and simple temperature controls. I love that there is an indicator light that tells you if the water is hot before you stick your hand in it. While it’s an investment, the functionality and design make it a great choice. Plus, it’s guaranteed for life so it will be the last faucet you will ever need to buy.

It looks modern and functions well, but I’ve noticed the touch feature can be a bit too sensitive at times, and the battery doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped. I am specifying a decorative sink and faucet for use in a medical clinic and want touchless. The sink will sit on top of the counter and the rim is 4.75"H. Will the height of the spout be sufficiently high for use with this sink? Please respond today.

My touch on for the faucet is not working.  I have changed the batteries, I can turn it on manually but the touch does not turn off or on.

How do I remove and clean the head periodically?
