Seriously, after two years of use, the magnet which attaches the sprayer head to the main body is rusted to a point where it no longer sits flush. This is an expensive premium faucet, especially when you get the Touch2O version. It's just blatantly unacceptable.

The bag had two numbers that appear to be some sort of part number. The Essa faucet had no packing information / parts list! I tried to "Chat" with Frank and he asked for picture after picture and then said he did not know what the bag was but he "thought" I got everything that should be included. I then called Delta's customer no service phone number and explained the empty parts bag in the faucet box and asked what was missing, The lady asked where I bought the faucet and when I told her she said I should call Amazon. I told her I would return it to Amazon and give Delta a zero review and she tried to backtrack THEY DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE and if you ever need help good luck to you!! They claim to provide great service, but it must be to mystery customers. I got none after buying a $300++ faucet. RUN TO KOHLER OR MOEN OR SOMEONE ELSE. I might add the packing in this box was pathetic and the parts were lose and rattling with many fine scratches on the faucet where it appears to have been beating on the box. Have honestly never seen packing of ANYTHING this poorly done, everything was simply laying on or in a cardboard mold, loose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This faucet ruining our wood floors!! The cartridge in the faucet broke and started leaking. The plumber came and said the cartridge was a different design than the standard one that they keep on their truck. We had to wait multiple day to order the new cartridge in. A few months later, it starts leaking again but this time during the night. It leaked so much that it ruined our hard wood floors in our kitchen. Delta agreed to send us a new faucet with the original design cartridge which helps but we will need to replace our wood floors now thanks to this faucet!!! Do not order this!! Order one with original cartridge design!!

It looks good, I love the temp color LED, and it look good, Unfortunately, the spray head only stays straight in the swingarm - means you can't point the head somewhere and have it stay there. The spray selection, stream or spray, doesn't reset to stream when off -- I can't tell you how many times I've sprayed all over by accident. But the kicker is, the ToucH20 turns itself off and on by itself when using -- it doesn't take a full touch to toggle, even a brush by without touching the faucet will turn it on/off. It's a pain. I tried to disconnect the clip from the shank, but the faucet doesn't work at all then. The installation manual states " see manual bypass of electronics" but there isn't a section...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great when it works We spent the extra money on this pricey faucet when we remodeled our kitchen 2 years ago. We have had a love hate relationship ever since. The touch feature has a mind of its own. When it works properly it is wonderfully handy. Especially when cooking and your hands are dirty. However, from the very beginning we have had issues of it not turning on. It will go for 2 or 3 days and work perfectly, then suddenly just stops and I have to completely disconnect everything and use the faucet without any of the touch technology connected. I wait a while and reconnect and it will run again. So when this first started happening I did some research and I added the ac plug rather than it running on batteries only. I replaced AA batteries and used the larger batteries. I ensured the battery pack is placed correctly on the bottom of the cabinet away from anything else. I’ve completed every single trouble shooting action DELTA has posted on the troubleshooting tips. And yet this problem persists. So I got on the website tonight to investigate replacing the solenoid only to find that it is $170 which is over half the price of a brand new faucet and only $30-$50 cheaper than other models of Delta touch faucets. I find this ridiculous for a two year old faucet. I cannot recommend this faucet or any Delta touch faucet given my experience.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful!!! This should never have been released. Ever try to control flow when the water goes off , or every time you pull or replace the sprayer head? How about that the magnetic assembly that is supposed to keep the sprayer in position totally disintegrates...It is extremely "touchy" - anything laid down near it causes to go on or off. If you just slightly touch the handle it will respond when you do n to want it to. Have been tortured with this for 3 years and am now going to replace it with something better and les expensive, perhaps a Grohe...

We moved and took faucet with us, the installation at the new place failed to install the solenoid, we can&rsquo;t get the hose apart to insert it into the solenoid

If the hose cannot be pulled apart after removing the clip, there may be mineral deposits holding it. We recommend soaking the area with 50/50 white vinegar and repeating as needed. Wrapping a wet paper towel around the hose for a couple of hours would be a good way for this part. Please don't hesitate to reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! Please reset the solenoid by removing the cap from the battery box for one minute and reconnecting it. Be sure to use a new set of brand-name, non-rechargeable batteries and install them as indicated on the box. Please also ensure that the battery box is placed on the floor of the cabinet, 2 inches from the sides or metal objects. We appreciate your inquiry. The solenoid quit working after only 21 months from the date we purchased the faucet. Delta should be replacing this regardless of warranty status considering the very short life of this part. Will you send me a new solenoid (EP74855)?

Frequently the faucet will not operate in the touch or manual mode. Then after several hours it will work again. &nbsp;Batteries have been replaced twice since 9/20/22. &nbsp;It was builder installed in 2019. &nbsp;Number on the spray nozzle is A112.18.M

The faucet has little pressure initially now (since Oct) compared to past. For example, after new batteries when we first turn it on it comes out as a slight dribble then when we push the handle back in and out it comes out as full pressure.&nbsp;

The pressure is not good. What should I do?

Hi Agnes, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your Delta Faucet Essa&reg; Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O&reg; Technology In Chrome MODEL#: 9113T-DST. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The low flow you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of the solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able, and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the PEX supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water onto the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Lastly, I would like you to keep the handle in the center full-on position, then remove the wand. Hold the hose, so it does not fall back into the faucet, then point the hose into the sink. Next, I would like you to turn the faucet on by touch for 40 seconds. Then shut the faucet off by touch and back on for another 40 seconds. Then hold the handle and move it off and then back on without letting go for another 40 seconds. We just purchased this faucet and it worked fine after install. &nbsp;24 hours later and the touch won&rsquo;t work. &nbsp;When you touch it, the LED turns on and off, but the water will not. &nbsp;Using batteries as power source. &nbsp;Solenoid clicks, but does turn water on/off&nbsp;

Does the&nbsp;9113T-BL-DST with over adapter work with the power off?

If this faucet is used with an optional AC adapter, we recommend leaving the batteries installed to use the faucet during a power outage. The button to switch between spray and stream modes is becoming less responsive and almost &quot;sticky&quot; feeling. We will push for a steady stream but the nozzle will revert back to an &quot;in-between&quot; mode of having some stream, some spray. Is there a fix?

Like everything about the Essa faucet except the angle of the spray head. I wish the spray pattern was a bit more straight down instead of angled so far out. Is there an adapter I can use to make the water exit more straight down???

We have a professionally installed 9113t ar dst. The battery pack is mounted on the wall of the cabinet. The problem is that the battery pack keeps coming apart with the slightest touch or movement in the cabinet -several times a week. What do you suggest

The installation says minimum clearance from center of hole to backsplash of 2.5&quot;. Why? 1. Does the handle rotate forward and backward, or only forward? 2. Is the faucet able to rotated so handle is in the front rather than the side?

Hi Brad, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST. We recommend clearance so that the handle can be used easily. The handle points up for cold water and it pulled forward for hotter water. If the faucet is installed without the 3-hole escutcheon it can be installed with the handle on the front, but the indicator light would then be on the side of the faucet. I have a Delta Touch2O 9113T-AR-DST that drips when it is off (in Touch mode, the faucet is set to on position) but it doesn't drip if we turn the faucet off manually. We've had this faucet for 5 years, just started doing this. What part do I need?

This page picture shows the height is 14.5 in, but your answer is 381mm(15 in). Which one is correct? why does this discrepancy happen?

It can be installed with or without the escutcheon, this is where you see the discrepancy. How do you change the batteries?

Hi Jenny, Thank you for your question! Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. The Delta Faucet model 9113T-DST Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O&reg; Technology In Chrome batteries are located in the battery box on the cabinet floor. The top to the battery pack has 2 buttons on the sides that can be depressed in which will release it. Once the top is released you will need to determine if you will be using 6 AA or 6 C batteries to power the faucet. If using 6 AA's remove the current batteries and ensure you have the included adapter to allow for them to be used and insert the batteries as shown on the side of the battery box.
