Awesome faucet

Works great when it works.
I love my new faucet. It looks good and, when working, is very convenient. After about 3 weeks of use, the solenoid began acting erratically. Sometimes, the faucet would not work either electronically or manually. Customer service was very helpful and has sent a new solenoid which will get installed this weekend.

The BOMB!
Bought this faucet because it seemed like a good idea. Now, it's a must have fixture. The only way to make it better would be to have instant hot water at the sink.
Have had the faucet a couple of years and have had a couple of issues. Delta's excellent customer service was there to make things right.

What size is the soap dispenser, how many soap can I fill in?
Thank you for your question, Paola! Model 19933T-CZSD-DST uses the RP44651 soap dispenser which includes a 12.5 oz bottle that measures 7 1/2" from the top of the neck to the bottom of the bottle.

Six weeks old now it periodically drips when you touch the faucet to turn it off while leaving the tap in the on position. This has happened several times now and the only way to stop the drip is to turn the tap off using the handle. How can i stop this?

Thank you for your question, and I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a leak from your Delta faucet. Leaking from the faucet in the touch off mode comes from debris inside the solenoid. You may flush the solenoid by following these next steps.
1. Turn the water supply by putting your handle in the manual off position.
2. Disconnect the sprayer hose by removing the blue retaining clip.
3. Place a bucket under the male adapter coming out from the solenoid.
4. Run water into the bucket for 2-3 minutes. Debris located inside the solenoid should be flushed out after completing these steps.

Are the soap dispensers refillable by opening the top or do you have to go under cabinet?
Thank you for your inquiry, Mamajo! Yes, the soap dispenser that comes with the Delta Trask Touch2O Pull-Down Kitchen 19933T-SPSD-DST faucet can either be refilled from the top (removing the the head assembly).

If the faucet is in spray mode, does it reset to stream when turned off and turned back on? If so which models will stay in spray mode even after turned off?
Thank you for your question, LCZ123! The flow pattern on all of our pull-down kitchen faucets is determined by which position the button on the wand is in, regardless if the water is running. If the button was left in spray mode after turning the faucet off, it will be in spray mode once the faucet is turned back on and vice versa.

Possible to disable Touch2O but not TempSense LED light?
Is it possible to disable the Touch2O sensor to allow manual faucet operation but keep the TempSense LED light working, so we can use it to gauge water temperature? I tried turning the faucet to 'on' and disconnecting the 3.5mm wire running to the solenoid, but that disabled the LED and not the touch. I can turn the faucet to 'on' and disconnect the battery pack to disable everything except manual operation, but I'd like to keep the LED light if possible.

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately there is not a way to disable the Touch20 sensor and keep the LED light on. Both of these are used together to ensure the touch feature on this faucet works properly.

I know where the check valve is installed, but the drawing shows it installed vertically. Will it function if installed horizontally?
