Rated 5 out of 5 by from Putting the product on a Pedestal I had been looking for six months to replace the pedestal in my bathroom. It reminded me of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Some too big, some too small, some came broken, and some were too expensive, but this was just right and looks amazing in the bathroom. I’ve had a number of visitors in the last month and all have commented on how well crafted and stunning it looks. I highly recommend this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Close but not big enough. It’s beautiful, but the spigot is not big enough around to fit properly in the sink. I have tried several methods to mount the spigot and each time it is either not secure or it leans to the side or front. This is because the base of the spigot is too small for the opening in the sink. The hot and cold valve fit just fine. It’s just the spigot.

I now see where one of the hot handles is loose and wobbly. The other three handles are OK for now. Can the handles be tightened or does the whole handle assembly need to be replaced?

Does this faucet have ceramic discs?

Is this faucet made of actual stainless steel of plastic that has finish which looks like stainless steel? How can I tell what is made of plated plastic vs. actual steel? Thanks!

But in general, our faucets may contain: Bronze Brass (36000, 260) (hub, handle, body, tube, fittings) Zinc (escutcheon, hub, handle) Stainless Steel (undercover plate, seat liner, set screw) Copper (tubing) PEX-C (puck and tubing) Silicone (gaskets) Synthetic rubber - EDPM, Santoprene (hoses) Vinyl (hoses) Nylon Plastics I am sorry the information you were looking for was not readily available for you. How to I take the filter off to clean out the faucet. Water flow is restricted. we are on a well and I am guessing there is some sand in the filter.

Does the Woodhurst faucet in stainless look similar to brushed nickel? Since it is made from stainless steel, does that mean it won't spot?

Thank you for your question, Jeanne! Our Stainless Steel finish is a very close match to brushed nickel. While Stainless Steel refers only to the finish color, it is a very durable Brilliance finish. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to the build-up of mineral deposits, and we recommend blotting the faucet dry after use to prevent this from happening. However, water spots and fingerprints can be easily cleaned by wiping the finish with a damp cloth. If additional cleaning is needed, we recommend using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
