I like the faucet, but it developed a leak in cold water valve - water leaked on the counter top when the hot when either hot or cold faucet was turned on. Leak seemed to be around the valve stim. I went to replace the valve and discovered the valve part - RP60400 - listed in the parts diagram not correct. Please correct the parts diagram. Too much time and money wasted because of bad information.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beautiful doesn’t last. Corrosion and Leaks We built our house and had the Victorian Benetian bronze collection installed throughout the house. In the master bathroom and 3 other bathrooms. Nine sinks total. Two tubs, three showers. Expensive. The master bathroom tub and sinks all look terrible and either drip from spigot or around the base of the handles. The clear coat finish and bronze is rubbing off. We properly clean them weekly. Contacted Delta and the warranty will not be honored on the finish. Offered to replace the stems, seats and springs. Looks like I’m going to have to start replacing all of these one at a time now. We’re talking THOUSANDS of dollars. Delta used to stand by their products.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Same review as everyone else Hello, I have these faucets in my master bathroom. 1 of the 3 is leaking from both handles and the faucet itself from the bottom. It is also corroding terribly. No amount of scrubbing cleans it. Does this faucet have a lifetime warranty? It is rather expensive to replace when I am confident the other 2 will have the same situation in the near future. Please let me know what Delta is willing to do to assist.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Looking We have 2 of them installed (almost 10 yrs ago) in our master bathroom, One them works great but the second one I can see tiny stream of water comes in hot or cold side ..I have checked the aerator and it looks right ... I guess it has something stuck in the stem that prevent water from flowing freely ... It is too expensive to replace the whole faucet ...what would you recommend ..thanks in advance

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unsure how to repair leak This is a beautiful faucet and quite heavy and sturdy. It started leaking at the base after about 10 years of use. I assume I need to replace the cartridges? I don't know which one to get, however. Also, I doubt if it is still under warranty, but perhaps it is.

After first being told that a broken spout on my 9 year old faucet was not covered under the limited lifetime warranty, a very helpful supervisor agreed to replace the faucet at no charge. Thank you Delta.

what can be done to improve water pressure for this product?

Dear Bh, Thank you for your question. The Delta Victorian Lavatory 35955-RB-DST faucet is designed with a flow rate of 1.2 gpm. If you are getting a lower flow, you would want to remove and clean the aerator. trying to replace leaking under handle - unit in use since 1999; the existing stem does not have set or springs - cannot determine what is replacement stem while searching the internet

Is this a 8inch widespread? Does it include everything to install? How do I know to know the demensions of the holes on my vanity?

Can you send me touch paint Venetian Bronze for touch up on shower track?
