Rated 1 out of 5 by from Water damage leak and damage at 2 years old This faucet was manufactured mid 2015 and installed late 2015 - august 12th 2017, it leaked where the pex lines go into the bottom of the housing. To be 100% clear - the leak was NOT from the valve assembly, or the seal. I know because I took it apart (I work on cars so comparatively, this was a cake walk) and these items look great... before taking that apart, I first unscrewed the locknuts and lifted the whole housing slightly and watched water roll down the hoses. This caused a LOT of damage to the sink enclosure, floor and basement ceiling/carpet while we were gone for a short 1/2 of a day. Haven't gotten any estimates yet because it's a Saturday, but I'm sure it will be in the thousands of dollars.

Lines are to long for my space, no way of adjusting them. Don't know if that is why they leak now, too much pressure on them. Wish they were adjustable.

Have previously purchased Delta products in the past and my wife wanted to replace some 25 year old faucets in our bathroom. Old ones were encrusted to the sink, which had to be removed, cleaned and put back in. Faucets went in without a hitch, had to install shut-offs on each supply line as there were none in place.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Hose is leaking already Bought this faucet less than a year ago and now we have a leaking from one of the flex lines. Found the line to have been way to long causing it rub against the hole for the sink when ever a drawer was used or the water was turned on. Can't find new lines for it either but oh well. Would of been a good faucet since it looked nice and didn't hug the edge of the sink bowl.

Prefer using my own much shorter flex lines! Water noise is very loud when flow lever not fully opened! Might not be a problem with lower water pressure but we have very high pressure!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet with easy installation I needed to replace my existing bathroom faucet and knew I wanted a quality brand. While looking in Lowe's I found this fixture which had classic design and the supply lines were already attached! The lifetime guarantee, hassle-free installation, lead-free feature and it was on sale for half of the current price sealed the deal. I've used Delta products before, so I know they perform well and will last a long time even with the hard water I have. I did have a problem getting the new style aerator out, but I e-mailed customer service and got a response back on a Saturday! They sent me a new one with no hassles. The only problem I have with the fixture is the new style aerator that requires a little plastic tool the give to remove it. You know that that tool will be lost after a while and what was really so bad about the old style that you can unscrew and change with out a special tool? Other than that, it's a great fixture that comes with pretty much everything you need for a hassle-free installation. Than and the Delta quality - what else do you need?

I would like to get a new "cartridge" for this faucet 520-PPU-DST. The faucet works great but I was told to get a "cartridge" to have on hand before

I was told to get a spare "cartridge" to have on hand because by the time I need one, it might be discontinued and I don't want to have to buy a whole new faucet & pay a plumber for installation again. I looked at the parts diagram but couldn't make out what it was that I should ask for. Thanks for your help.

Materials made of?

What materials is the main body made of? If it is zinc it can corrode when finish is damaged.

just purchased Delta Classic 520-SSPPU-DST bathroom faucets. The faucets do not cover the hole that was made for the old faucets (30 years old.) Is there something I can use to cover the small gap in the sink?

How does brillance stainless compare to brushed nickel?

Question about the required 2.5 inch clearance to the backsplash.  Is the 2.5 inch clearance to backsplash measured from the base of the faucet to the backsplash, or is the 2.5 inches clearance measured from the back of the spout to the backsplash?

Good morning.... I have been told by the plumber that installed my faucet that the internal cartridge is leaking and that I need to replace it. Is this cartridge covered under warranty?
