Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Products are wonderful My plumber installed a Delta valve in my shower due to a miscommunication about the shower system I bought that didn’t come with a valve. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately depends which way you look at it, he installed the valve at standard height which meant the shower system had to be installed at the height of a 7 foot tall person. I was really annoyed that I was going to have replace my shower system with Delta shower products to match up with the valve that was already installed. When I was growing up Delta was the cheapest product used in tract homes. Much to my surprise Delta has completely changed for the better! I am very impressed with how nicely the shower head and valve cover perform. I also bought the diverter valve which is awesome and the totally incredible handheld shower that has a button for spraying water out the end to clean the shower walls.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice but returned This was very nice looking but I decided to go with a different pattern from Delta. I believe this was a heavy plastic that was coated to look like metal. I didn’t have an issue with the color or quality just noted that. However, when I got the fixtures from Bowery, the Delta line I went with, I noticed they were all metal. Maybe because it’s a new release and this one has been around. Again, if I didn’t change tile I’d have kept this.

How do I get a new set screw for this or what is the size I need? I just moved into a house and it was missing. I’ve looked at hardware stores for one that will fit not haven’t had any luck. Thanks.

Do you sell an extension kit for this if the plumber mounted the rough in too far back

Does this item have a white plastic ring in it anywhere or under the handle? I could send a photo.... thank you.

This looks like the diverter valve we have. The handle is loose, but the set screw is frozen. What is the best way to un-freeze the set screw to tighten the handle. If needed, are replacement handles available?

Hi Dave, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The T11851-PN handles are currently obsolete, however you may find them online or locally if someone has stock. The part number is RP52590CZ. We would first recommend soaking a rag in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water, wrap the rag around the end covering the set screw and let soak for 30-45 minutes. How do you adjust the hot water temperature? How do you remove the outer handle?

I am sorry that this information was not readily available to you; however, I am happy to help you! The Delta Faucet 3-Setting 2-Port Diverter Trim, model T11851, diverts the water to the different shower products and does not control the waters' temperature. Located at the bottom of the handle is a set screw that is removable with a 1/8" Allen wrench. Removing this set screw will allow the handle to come off. I need the Dryden T11851-PN 3 setting diverter for my shower remodel. It seems to be backordered for several months everywhere. Is there another PN Delta 3 setting diverter in PN that I can use with the Dryden T14251-PN shower and 55433PN handheld?

Hi , it’s me again.  I found the T60610-PN diverter available (I believe it is a discontinued item).   Would this work as alternative to the T11851?

My client purchased a dry then diverter T1 1851 and the rough valve did not come with it. I have ordered several rough valves and I keep on getting the wrong 1 1st he told me to by R 11000 and then they told me to by R11 600 in those do not work because t

We have the T11851SS to use with 51140SS and T17451SS. We can only use the bottom tub faucet by itself, the shower head by itself. If we use the wand, the shower head doesn't turn off. Is it because we should have purchased the 6 setting trim?
