Does the job, but scratching my head on the design
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered multiple pieces from the Delta Linden collection for a master bath remodel (2 sinks, bath faucet with handheld sprayer, and shower set with handheld sprayer and vertical bar. The design of this handle on this diverter valve does not match the handles from the bath tub controls or the sink controls. It's also a bit smaller than expected. Works and functions fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed this two years ago during a bathroom remodel. We purchased the full, matching shower set: the shower head, the hand-held body sprayer, the diverter valve, the temperature control handle, and a high-flow valve. All of the components work very well together. The shower head delivers a nice, gentle "summer rain" type of feel. The hand-held is great for more targeted rinsing as well as rinsing off shower walls. The diverter valve allows usage of just the shower head, just the hand-held or both together. The temperature control handle has separate handles for water flow volume and temperature, which is a wonderful feature. When installed, the temperature handle was very tight, over the past two years it has loosened up quite a bit, making it a bit difficult to "fine-tune" the temperature. Even so, it still works fairly well. The high-flow valve, a part you don't even see when installed, is a good feature, it keeps the water temperature consistent, even if someone in the house turns on a faucet or flushes a commode. The only thing I would do differently, is NOT buy the chrome finish, instead I would get the brushed silver. Over time, the chrome finish shows water spots terribly. I still haven't found any way to get the spots off. But, overall, this is still an excellent product.

Does the trick
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shower remodel project. Added a hand held in addition to the fixed shower head. This diverter valve allows you to use either the hand held or fixed independently or together with good pressure on the combined function. Would definitely recommend.

I have a delta Linden shower head and temp control handle, Model T17293. Can I get the Linden diverter with the same handle (traditional, not wing style), Or any diverter with a compatible handle?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a Linden diverter kit with the same handle. We do have a Classic style diverter kit that is somewhat similar. The model number is T11800. Here is a link to the kit:

Two shower heads
I want to be able to control 1 shower head or the other with One handle. Will this do it for me?

Thank you for your question.
A 3 setting diverter will allow you to operate two implements in your shower. For instance, a shower head and a hand shower or two shower heads, etc.
This set up will allow one function as one shower head only, one function as another shower head only, and the third function operates both implements at the same time.
Please be sure to cap the right port on the R11000 diverter rough in valve to ensure proper operation for a 3 setting diverter.

I'm confused about the ordering process. We're installing a shower-only system (one shower head) and we're interested in the Linden series. This is a new installation. We need a R10000-UNBXHF or R10000-UNWSHF valve? Then what?
Thank you for your question, ChiTownDude! The only difference between the R10000-UNBXHF or R10000-UNWSHF rough-in valve bodies would be the R10000-UNWSHF includes screwdriver stops that allow you do shut the water off directly at the valve. T11894-CZ is a diverter valve trim and would not be needed unless you plan on diverting water between the shower head and another component. Below is a link to the Linden Shower Collection for reference. If a diverter is not needed, you will want to look at a trim that starts with T14 or T17.

I have a T11894-RB diverter. My plumber plugged the left side and instructions say to plug the right side. Tile is now already installed. Is there anyway I can alter the cartridge to make it work? Now it only puts water out of one shower head.

Thank you for your question. We recommend using a 6 setting diverter cartridge if the left was capped off instead of the right port. The part number for this is RP51919. Please note, there will be blank settings if you are not using all three ports.

How do I change the temperature and water flow
Thank you for your question, Brian44! This is designed to divert the water between showering components. To turn the water on or off and control the temperature, you will need a shower valve and trim. We recommend using a MultiChoice R10000 valve and a 14, 17, or 17T Series trim kit.

CAN A CUSTOMER CHANGE THE RP51918 CARTRIDGE FROM A T11894 TO ADD A PORT TO THE T11894 , MAKING IT A T11994 -PLEASE ADVISE

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet model # RP51918 can be converted to a 6-setting, 3-port diverter by changing the cartridge to an RP51919. However, we would recommend changing out the trim so they would know where the tick marks are for each setting. We would recommend purchasing the T11994-CZ. It will include the correct cartridge.
